  • Well made and cozy
Pattern Name: Sleeping Pad Style: Uninsulated
I've used this a few times now. Once camping in KS, and once in the the Colorado Rockies. Very light weight, easy to use, comfortable, and one of the more important things, very easy to pack back up!

  • OK for what it is.
Pattern Name: Sleeping Pad Style: Uninsulated
Very compact and light. It was good for my adventure motorcycle taking up little space. Construction seems to be of high quality. The down side, the fill valve is a little troublesome. The mattress kept losing air until I figured out you have to make sure the rotating valve is completely closed and the cap tightly put on. It's a weak point that even the $5 swimming pool air mattresses have figured out. I might give them a call about this, maybe mine isn't completely right. That said, I'd buy it again for lightweight hiking or for my bike trips. ... show more

  • Insanely comfortable, test for leaks before use
Pattern Name: Sleeping Pad Style: Uninsulated
Before bringing it out camping, I tested it using it on a cot in my house. I woke up to it mostly deflated. Used a spray bottle and soapy water to find a leak on the top side near the torso area. I checked both sides and only found the one leak. Will use the included patch kit and recheck for leaking. No instructions for the patch. I'm assuming it goes on dry. I will let it cure for 24 hours before reinflating. Very comfortable no matter how you lay on it. I'm upset that it came with a leak but it's comfy enough I'm going to try to salvage it. EDIT: Had to reinflate twice overnight. Can't find the leak with soapy water. I bring a small pump when backpacking since I do cold weather hiking so it's not a major issue, but if you don't plan on pairing this with a foam pad you will wake up on the ground. With a 2.2 R-value foam pad underneath I started to get cold at freezing temperatures. Did a lot better than I expected it to in cold weather. Update #2: Klymit replaced my pad no questions asked. Love great customer service. ... show more

  • Great lightweight sleeping pad
Pattern Name: Sleeping Pad Style: Uninsulated
This sleeping pad is well made, not very loud, easy to inflate and deflate and comfortable. Is not super thick but my kids slept great on it!

  • The Ultralight only matters if your backpacking, and are really focusing on ounces for your pack.
Pattern Name: Sleeping Pad Style: Uninsulated
I used this for some tent camping. Not too much hiking; just some walk in campsites. If your not worried about ounces the extra money for the ultralight may not be worth it. I have the standard KLYMIT Static V2 Sleeping Pad as well, and for me its hard to justify the extra money for the weight difference. Every other claim about this pad is true. Its comfortable, it is easy to inflated, and deflate, and is very light, and packable. I weigh in at around 170 pounds, and am a side sleeper. I am able to sleep comfortable throughout the night on this pad. I am a summer camper, but camp in Colorado, so the nights get pretty chilly, and this pad keeps me off the cold ground. I have not had any issues with it deflating during the night; with either pad. My wife likes hers a lot as well. ... show more

  • Pretty difficult mattress pad
Pattern Name: Sleeping Pad Style: Uninsulated
So far , I'm not impressed. The first time I used it it seemed to leak from the valve. I realize that the valve does not close easily and I actually have to pound on it. Pretty sure eventually it will wear out around the valve. The second time I used it, I discovered if you had lost air. I ended up sleeping on it with hardly any air in it and had a pretty miserable night. I will try it again but would return it if it weren't so late. The one thing that is very nice about it is the baffles around the edge keep you from Rolling off... that is, if you can keep it inflated! Very disappointed in it. ... show more

  • Basic comfort at a nice price
Pattern Name: Sleeping Pad Style: Uninsulated
We bought two of these prior to our summer camping trip, and they were nice to have. The inflatable pad packs really small, and provides a small but decent layer between the sleeper and the ground. These were easy to inflate, and once inflated, ours stayed full for two days before needing to be topped off. Definitely easier to pack than the air mattress that we'd been using for previous trips, but there is certainly a balanced compromise between comfort and size/weight. I'm 215 lbs, and it provided a decent enough cushion to keep me off of the ground - but just barely. We'd certainly suggest this sleeping pad to others - ... show more
