Excellent grill, great value. I was in the market for a solid quality grill with large cooking area, but was not ready to dish out $$$ to get a Weber. Now that I’ve used it a few times, I have a few takeaways. 1-Thoughtful packaging: They packed the entire grill efficiently into (1) large box. Everything was protected and virtually each piece was in its own packaging; this made for a longer unpacking time, but I’m not complaining given how well protected each individual component was. They even placed a wood board underneath the taped seam to avoid damage to contents when cutting it open. 2-Precise manufacturing: the grill was easy to assemble, due to how well everything fit together/aligned. The only slightly more difficult part of installation was the stove burner knob which wasn’t very clear in the illustrations but I just figured it out quickly myself. 3-Heats up super quick: it only takes about 5 minutes to get it up to 500 degrees or so even on a chilly day. I assume this time will vary for each individual based on multiple factors but this was noteworthy given I haven’t had that experience with any other (albeit older) grills. 4-Cooks evenly: I didn’t notice any significant hot or cold spots while cooking. Coupled with the fact that you can easily control hot zones with individual burner controls, and also how well this retains heat - it makes grilling easy and quick. I love this grill. I've never gone a lot of grilling, but we recently moved and have a beautiful balcony to accommodate one. And my wife wanted to get one. I originally wanted a smoker, or at least a combo, if I was going to make the investment, but she was reluctant about her ability to use them. So, I decided on this after a lot of different research. I'm sure there are better grills. And definitely some a lot worse. But it looked great, and was a bit higher build quality than a lot of the options available at Lowe's or Home Depot. Incredibly easy to use, heats quickly, and more cooking space than I think I'll ever really need. I actually took the top rack out since I never use it. When I bought it a sale was happening, so I upgraded to this model for the side range. I'v used it once, but it's nice to have. It took about an hour to put together. I probably could have done it faster, but I took my time with it. I don't know what else to say really. Looks good. Cooks meat. That's all it really needs to do. ... show more

I researched grills for about a month and kept coming back to Monument. So impressed with the Mesa 415BZ. I have never had a grill heat so fast and get so hot. On my initial burn off, it was almost to 700 degrees within five minutes. There was a lot of thought put into this to help the end user assembly process. Many of the screws are already installed, you just back them out and attach the appropriate part and tighten. This really saves time and takes the guess work out of it. I only cooked four hot dogs the first night and used one regular burner and the Broil Zone burner. Charred the dogs in no time. I could not get hot dogs to char on my previous grill. Really looking forward to steaks this weekend. The packaging is excellent. No bent or missing parts. Today I have the griddle accessory coming which will replace one grate. I like having the flat top for veggies and other items that could fall through the grates. The side burner is nice to have as well, it will get used. ... show more

Excellent Grille. Took about an hour to assemble. Those pre-screws and bolts already in place definitely helped. Love that window cover. Took me a while to figure out how to turn off the LED lights. Turns out there was a hidden button hidden on the side of the grill. lol Overall, nice sturdy grill.

I recently bought the Monument Grills Larger 4-Burner Propane Gas Grill. It arrived quickly. It was easy to assemble by reading a few instructions one time. I was impressed immediately with the quality of the materials. The burners are high quality and I cannot imagine they'd need replacing for a LONG time. The undercarriage is sturdy and it has an amazing drip pan that is much larger than most! The grates are quality as well, and they seasoned very easily. The pit has very even heat distribution when cooking, and heats quickly. The side burner also heats well and is very impressive. Bottom line, I am 69 years old and have used MANY grills in my lifetime. This Monument grill is the best by far! The price was good, and I contacted their customer service to ask a question and was treated very well. I have no doubt this company stands behind their products. My family loves barbecue, and they love this pit as much as my wife and I do. Best part is how fast it heats up. We throw on a rib eye or two and we are eating within 10 minutes. And it is goooooood!
