I love my Monument grill! It is beautiful stainless steal and sturdy! I love having a side burner too, so I don't make the house hot! It keeps a steady temperature too! It was easy to assemble. I also bought a conversion kit and it was easy to convert it to gas.

I never thought that I’d be excited about a grill, but I was like a kid on Christmas Day waiting for our Monument Grill to be delivered. It arrived on Mother’s Day just in time for my husband to assemble it for our family BBQ. Let me tell you, it is even more gorgeous in person than it is in the photos. I looked at tons of grills because not only did it have to work well (duh), but it had to fit the vibe of our outdoor space. This grill nails it in every category. The only minor drawback was with assembling the side burner. My husband is really quite handy and he had some trouble with the instructions on the side burner. Fortunately, he was able to figure it out on his own, but for someone who may not know their way around it might be difficult and require some professional assistance. As soon as the grill was ready we fired it up for some delicious carne asada. My husband loves the clear glass panel so he can see the meat as it’s grilling without having to open the lid and lose heat. The meat was cooked to perfection! One use in and we are pretty happy. Assemble the grill takes 1 hour. But not able to use with Natural Gas. List of parts I have to buy separately and always out of stock. I bought this month but remaining parts will available on June month. I need to return this, but not sure how to deassemble it. Customer care not friendly no proper responses, they takes more than a day to respond message but no proper answers, no right directions even for returning or buying accessories for natural gas. While looking through Amazon, I came across this Monument Grill which resembled my Sears Kenmore grill which I loved, so I made an instant purchase before I procrastinated again. Let me tell you, this BBQ came doubled boxed. The parts were well protected through shipping!! It took me about two hours to put together by myself. I wasn't in any rush. Nothing like having a new BBQ that starts right up and the Blue light around the dials add a nice ambience at night.
