I’m going to compare the two burner monument messa grill to the Weber two burner genesis grill. I’ve owened my Weber grill for about five years. The Weber genesis is meant to be a work horse and It lives up to its name. The only part I’ve had to replace are the three flavor bars. Now for the comparisons. 1. The shipping and packaging of the monument grill was the best I have ever seen. Better than the Weber. 2. The instructions and assembly were a snap! Only tool necessary was a Phillip head screw driver. No nuts needed for assembly. It took me approximately an hour to assemble. The Weber in comparison took me over two hours to complete. 3. The quality of both units is excellent and much superior to other grills on the market, but when you consider the price ( the monument cost is little More than half of the Weber, the monument comes out on top. 4. I’ve only used the monument on two occasions pork chops once and a pair of rib eyes on the other. The grills had similar cooking times and even heating and great searing properties. 5. Durability of course cannot be determined since the grill is brand new, but the fact that the monument burners come with an 8 year warranty and The unit seams to have a quality feel to it, I’m confident that this grill will last a while. Let me state here that my Weber grill is still going strong, and that I’m very pleased with its performance. I purchased the monument grill for my summer cabin, and wanted to save a few bucks. So far it looks to be working out.

Bought Monument Grill 2 burner. Needs to be small to fit in corner if my patio. Farley easy to assemble. Put left shelf up, right down. Perfect. Very well made, sturdy, robust, will last a long time. Electric ignition works well, after I put 5th battery into ignition switch. Even flame, have cooked steak & chicken so far. the nice & juicy. I highly recommend.

The parts package and packing for the grill are some of the best ever! The instructions were clear and all parts were in the bag with a few extras of the necessary washers and bolts. There were clear pictures and adequate written instructions. I got briefly stuck a couple of times but was able work out the glitch and carry on. It took me just a little over an hour to layout the pieces, count everything and assemble the grill all by myself with just a Phillips screw driver. The mystery chain inside the door is a matchstick holder in case the starter doesn’t work. I think it’s strange and will probably not use it. I’ve always used a long-neck lighter for starting my charcoal grill and would likely use that here too. I’ll leave it for now and then remove it if I don’t use it. Really liked the bottle opener. And I really liked the small size. It fits my small patio and small parties. If you have bigger gatherings or family buy a larger one. I hope it lasts over time.

I was replacing a Weber that I owned for 20 years.This grill is decent but it’s not lasting more than 5 in my opinion .Well packaged and easy to assemble and it looks and cooks pretty good.Overall happy with the grill but time will tell.

Easy, almost fun, to assemble. The side "wings" are a slight tricky to get to lock into the up position when you need to extend them for utensils to set on. Otherwise, this is a nice lightweight grill that does the job. Enjoy learning how to monitor built-in temperature gauge to help me get meat the way I like it. Well-made and a good price.

If you are looking for a small grill that packs a punch look no further! This grill was the perfect size for my small backyard. I was looking for a smaller grill for my space (this works great for a balcony or small patio too) and this was the perfect fit. It has plenty of grill space for multiple steaks, burgers, veggies and a nice warming rack as well. I love the viewing window makes it easy to check on the food with opening the hood and losing heat. The grill was packaged extremely well to avoid damage during shipping and comes in only one box which is a plus. Their customer service was extremely helpful, responsive and easy to communicate with. Very well made and great design so you get a lot of bang for your buck. Absolutely love this grill!
