However, for me I felt like they had a little too much “give.” I will use them but will try to find more sturdy ones next time. I make several pies every week, usually two at a time. These pies are NOT for sale, but for gifts and a raffle for a weekly dance. What most people do not notice about these tins is that they are 1-1/2" deep and while some complain that they are smaller in diameter, the extra depth more than makes up for that and gives a much better pie that is heavier and contains more filling. It also makes it a little easier to get it in the oven when you use a normal amount of filling. Overall, I have tried several styles of pie tins and these work best for me. They are far better than grocery store or dollar store tins and much cheaper when bought in this quantity. ... show more

    • A bit small for some things...

I wish these were a little deeper. Fine for a light eater for Mac n cheese or pepper rice..too small for shephards pie. I have used for muffins/bannana bread when I've had a little leftover batter and they're great for that. I'd prefer a deeper dish.
