Why did you pick this product vs others?: After seeing that this frequently return item, I was hesitant to purchase it, but I am so glad I did the absolutely love it higher than the regular inflatable hot tub side are very hard and firm work right and the water warmed up quickly. It’s been easy to maintain and my seven-year-old son and I are loving it. It fits perfectly in our urban oasis. It was also very easy to put together. As I did it solo and a little over an hour.

We have had our MSpa Mono for a month and we absolutely love it! Perfect size and the firm sides give it an appeal that is far more than an inflatable. Easy set up. We clean the filter every day and use frog ease for chlorine and the water is crystal clear. Keeps great temperature!

The day I got it the pump had a loud screeching sound when running the bubbles. Now 3 weeks later it already has an error code that won't clear. I've tried everything to clear it and all the seller offered was a shipping label and a refund. Don't waste you time buying this just to burdoned to return the whole thing like I have to. What a waste of time and money.

Real Review. First off, the only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is bc their sole US customer service warranty rep Sean went above and beyond to make right an issue I had with this spa that was due to deceptive practices of Spreetail, their #1 vendor. Spreetail sent me a clearly used disgusting unjt, and is knowingly (still) selling used returns as "new open box" all over the net. Check the pic of "new" unit day 1. Residue covered plumbing, rusty hose clamps, stripped screws, leaking gaskets, controller F1 errors and malfunctioning electronics. There are health codes and laws against this type of thing and Spreetail doesnt seem to care....Mistake? Not when "for parts" units are currently being sold by them on Fee-bay. Buyer beware. Spreetail is not to be trusted. ... if something breaks you must aggressively pursue a warranty claim since the Shanghai based OEM is near impossible to get a hold of. Would never have made purchase had I known what a total pain in butt his experience would have been.
