We purchased this very expensive play set for our 3 special needs kids. When it was delivered it came on a pallet and it's very heavy. One of our CNA's signed for it since my wife and I were not home at the time. After unloading it from the pallet I found two of the very heavy and long boxes damaged. I have call the company multiple time left messages and have not had a response. Their customer service needs some work, I shouldn't have to wait days or weeks for a response. If you purchase this playset make sure you unload it from the pallet before the delivery driver leaves. We are not happy with this experience and would not have purchased this from Amazon had we known. ... show more

    • Instructions are very vague
The instructions are extremely vague. There is no packing list of what box contains what item. I had to go to a hardware store to buy missing hardware. The playset is looks great once it is put together but it takes more time figuring out how it is put together than the actual construction time. This is not the sellers fault it is more the manufactures lack of thinking about the construction by people not familiar with the product before hand. ... show more
