I like the overall look and design of the chair. It is a bit fresher than most of those being sold that look identical from 20 different sellers. The foot rest seems a bit flimsy but it is serviceable and I don't plan on really using it. It shouldn't be a concern unless you try to put your full weight on it while getting up. Which obviously you shouldn't do anyway but I could easily see it happening accidently. Hard to me to judge it though because I haven't had a chair with a footrest before to compare. It might be par for the course. The recline is great. I love that you can lock the recline in place and it has a wide range of motion. The base is good and the wheels roll nicely. The part that I question the overall quality is that the PU leather on the armrests and and seat area feels very thin. I feel like it will not last long without peeling or wearing. I don't understand why the back of the chair, which will not actually be subjected to wear and tear, is so thick and nice feeling while the part you will be constantly rubbing is so thin and seemingly delicate. This has me concerned for the life of the chair and the main reason for my initial review rating. Will update according if I find out the durability of the material. Though if you have had issues with peeling/flaking before you might look for something else possibly. ... show more
