CHair is comfortable however the i bought 2, 1 the sound didnt work, they did resolve that issue. The other one now it welds have broken completely. It wont let you even take the bottom part off to see about other options. I would NOT recomend this expensive of chair that wont even last a year.

    • ANSWER FOR THE BLUETOOTH PROBLEM

I was originally going to write a review like everyone else talking about the quality, the size, the comfort the value for the money, the height wise, and then of course, just like everyone else talking about the Bluetooth problem, well, I have your solution, the summary in the video that is linked with the actual product it does not show how to actually hook up the Bluetooth after doing some very very heavy digging. I found a review from a lady who bought this chair from walmart.com and she said the exact location where the wire is located for the Bluetooth it’s a separate wire and it’s a USB powered connection if you go at the very bottom of the chair tucked away in the frame connected to the base you will find the USB wire it took me hours to find it, but I found it and I can’t lie. The volume is actually really good. The sound quality is as good as you can get with a gaming chair, but the volume was my main source of reasoning for buying this chair and it’s very loud. I only give this product four stars because it’s not extremely comfortable, but I understand in a way because how would you feel the massage? The build quality of the chair is not the greatest but if you treat it right then it should last you a long time. The look of it is really nice and the height is perfect for someone of my size of almost 6 feet, anyways I give this product four out of five stars not unsatisfied. ... show more

I bought this chair several months ago as my previous chair was failing. I finally put it together a few days ago when my old one died and immediately upon sitting on it I had instant regrets. Cons: I did not realise that the height was not adjustable, so it is too short for my desk. The neck pillow sicks below my shoulders and I'm not terribly tall being 5'9, the leg rest has my legs falling horribly far off where the frame part is just below my knees (I will not count the 3" padding since it is not sturdy enough to hold form). The massager feels more like vibrations within the chair instead of targeted areas. The chair back lacks padding, so I feel like I have rocks digging into my back. After reading the reviews, I have been looking for a usb somewhere underneath the chair somewhere, but I have not found it yet. The fact it is bluetooth but requires additional power than it is already plugged in is wild. There are 2 screws at the base of the back that connect to the seat that are not actually fully tight, they wiggle with about 2 millimeters or so between the nut and where it sits tightened. Wires hang out of the backs of the arms. Pros: The colour is more vibrant than I expected, the cupholders look nice. The cushion on the seat is not bad. The chair is pretty cool. Bought it as a gift for their Birthday. The massager worked but the speakers did not. I couldn’t figure out how it didn’t considering it said it came with speakers and was blue tooth compatible. This is the second time I’ve purchased this chair. First time didn’t come with the parts to put together. Got a refund and repurchased it for my son. Putting it together and the screws don’t match up where they are to be connected to other parts of chair. Very disappointed about this because this is the second time my son has looked forward to getting this gaming chair in front of his desk to enjoy.
