Firstly, this is a overall good chair from the get-go. Sturdy metal base that should hold the height pin nicely, but everything above the rocker is plastic with bits of metal. It keeps the price low which is nice, and the build quality is also superb at a glance. Another issue I have is the very low lumbar; even in its most extended position it barely reaches the bottom of my lower back, so as a taller individual (I'm 6'5) the back support may not be the greatest, but the bottom cushion feels quite thick and comforting so far.

My first surprise when my package arrived was just how well this chair was packed in the box. Everything was bubble wrapped and the pieces fit into the package like puzzle pieces. The directions were well written along with pictures to help. I'm a woman in her early 60's and I was able to easily assemble the chair by myself in a short amount of time. The head support can be raised up or down and tilted to easily adjust to your needs. The lumbar support can also be adjusted to your needs and is definitely an added bonus to this chair. The seat is a good size seat (larger then I expected) and the fabric is sturdy. One of the main reasons I chose this chair is the raised arm rests. I have limited space where my desk is so I need to be able to push my chair in as far as possible. The chair is very well made and the wheels roll smoother then any desk chair I've ever had. I highly recommend this desk chair.

This was a fingers crossed, last ditch effort, I hope it works kind of purchase!! We needed a heavy duty computer/desk chair w/daily use for my husband. Most importantly, hold a bigger weight capacity. A BONUS if it’s aesthetically pleasing. THIS WAS IT, BIG WIN & THE ONE! Lol In the description it says 400lbs weight capacity.However, in the image/graphics it says 250lbs weight capacity. I’m so glad I trusted what was LISTED IN DESCRIPTION. It’s a good chair but I don’t know if it’s just my product or I’m not strong enough but these two particular screws won’t fully go in like it’s just stuck halfway and won’t budge I don’t wanna use a drill cause it’s plastic and it’s likely that it would crack. I wanna return it but I don’t wanna go through the whole disassembling process :/

The chair was easy to assemble with the instructions. I was concerned about the heavy plastic armrests that swing up and down but were fully functional. As I sit for hours a day I find the seat could stand to have more padding! The adjustable headrest is a plus. Not being in a fixed position works well, for me... All in all, a good investment!

Perfect match with my room. comfortable seating as well as giving enough support for back and head. Also wheels move very smooth on my wood floor. additionally I like this black and white combination which makes it neat and it fits better almost everywhere. In regards of the installation, easy instruction manual for me to follow, it only took me around 20mins to get it all set up. with my weight around 200lb, I feel comfortable on this chair although it has 400lb capacity, it should be well fit for most of individuals. love it and meets my budget.
