Doesn't have the strongest fan to push the air. It also didn't have drain holes which I just drilled a hole in the bottom because the fan was kicking water up from a puddle in the motor area. Had to use the remote to start it up but after that buttons on device worked. Did it's job.

This air conditioner is completely different from the description of the store, the sound is very loud, and the refrigeration effect is not good. I want to return it, but I regret buying this product after throwing away the case
