Worked great! I used it to make engraved letters on my wooden sign. It did an excellent job. Sign is 2ft x 6 ft and letters are 8". After doing all the letters the bit is still sharp and useful for more !

The carving bit works very well on wood and fiberglass. I found it to be quite robust. I inadvertently struck a steel nail head and it only lightly blunted a few of the spikes. I was pleasantly surprised that thei bit did not incur more damage.
