I bought the case with the black background and white flowers, mostly because it was nearly $10 cheaper than the other colors. I also like that the perimeter around the kindle is plain rather than patterned, less distracting. The case has a nice texture to it, and the pattern & colors were exactly as shown in the listing. The magnet closure is strong enough that when its closed and held by the kindle side the front cover does not flop open. I've included pictures of it next to my kindle to show its size. The only thing I disliked is how the kindle side sags down when you hold the case by its stretchy handle (shown in first picture). I'll be returning this case for one with a bit more structure to avoid that sagging. If that doesn't bother you; it seems like it would be a great case otherwise. ... show more

I originally purchased a super slim Kindle case. Plastic, basic and very thin. The problem was that while laying in bed & trying to hold my Kindle with 1 hand, every time my hand/finger would accidentally touch the screen, the pages turn and get all messed up. I was tired of fighting to simply hold my Kindle with 1 hand & wanted an alternative. This one is bulkier than my original one, but the case provides enough surface to actually hold. The strap on the back is also key to this need. AND it's placed in the center, so if I hold with Left hand or Right hand it will still function and meet my needs. And this version/print was on sale so <$15 is a good price. Not sure I think it'd be worth more than that though. ... show more
