Well... haven't even used the tool yet. Just got it out of the bag and first one was ok, but left black soot from welding all over my hands. Pulled second one out (I bought for my Mom), and the bottom of the handle is rough cut and burred! This would easily cut my Mom's hand. I'll fix it myself and see how it goes, but not impressed so far. Hope they are reading these reviews.     • Not very effective
I used this product for a while in my front flower bed and after a few uses the teeth bent and didn't do a very efficient job removing the entire weed just pulled it apart and I had to pick up the pieces so it was more work.

    • Poor Welding. Doesn’t Uproot Weeds
The handle is poorly welded onto this. I cut my hand while using it. I added a rubber gasket where the welding was to pretext my hands. This also doesn’t uproot weeds nearly as well as it advertises. Will it help in the garden? A little bit - but I wouldn’t say this tool is worth the price.

Not satisfied with this at all. The handle is to short, I thought it would be a little longer so I wouldn’t have to bend over. In using it I couldn’t get it to function as it should.

Workmanship is less than standard. Product is less than terminated in relations to finish, weld, not primed/painted. I would not recommend this product to a friend.

    • Easy & quick weed removal!
I decided to take a chance on this product since I have tried numerous weed removal products that just didn't work. It was worth the 3 week wait for it to arrive. For starters, you must sit on a stool/small chair or have a garden kneeling pad. Standing and bending does not pull weeds properly, I tried & struggled the first few tries. My back was screaming & I had to figure a new position to use this tool. You need to make sure the flat end is flat on the ground to grab your weeds. If you try to pull the weed & it gives too much resistance, keep sliding the tool in & out of the weed base, (I found the sweet spot of 2-4 times.) You can feel it loosen the more you do it. Some weeds were a bit rough, but they had a deep root system. After you do that, push into the base, pull towards you & it pops right out of the ground. Once I figured all this out, I easily weeded my back yard in like 45 mins. No neck, shoulder or back pain. Yes, the handle is "short", but once you figure out your bodies comfortable position, the handle is actually the right length for this tool. I would definitely recommend this product. ... show more

    • Terribly Disappointed in What I Received!
I would really like to give this product "Negative Stars" or Zero Stars!!! But they do not offer that option. This was to be a present for my sister...but I would be embarrassed to give it to her. I thought it would be a much longer tool...but to use it you practically have to get on your hands and knees to use it. What good would that do to help you weed easily?? Not good at all for a sore back!!! It actually looks like a piece of the handle is missing! (Actually I am not sure it is not all there...looks either broken or missing...I am not sure!) My advise is not to waste your money. I am so sorry I bought it. ... show more

The concept of this tool is a good one but the metal used is to weak for the tool end. The tines bend out of shape too easily. The metal needs to be much stronger and thicker. It would be nice if the handle had a wider angle from the working end of the tool. The angle puts your hand too close to the ground when using it. It does dig out weeds that I can't just pull out which makes them easier to pull with roots intact. ... show more
