Good value for the money. It’s sturdy, fairly easy to install, and works great at holding soap, body wash, shampoo or conditioner bottles. Has a nice appearance. I b ought two of these, thinking I'd need them in the shower. We ended up using only one, along with a corner shelf of the same type and I'm going to add a soap holder grab bar made by another company. It is quite sturdy and strong. The shelf is very handy and it looks quite nice with our white, subway tile. It could be spray painted though, to coordinate with other colors if you'd prefer. I love that this doesn't scream "handicapped" and blends in with our other decor, rather than looking institutional. We were remodeling our shower to accommodate my husband when I ordered these so I had our builder install studs behind the wall to screw into. This way we were able to mount the bar with long screws directly into the studs instead of drilling a large hole to accommodate the anchors that are included. The only drawback is that the bar does not come with screws for mounting into studs. I had to purchase them, but screws are inexpensive so it wasn't a problem. I had purchased two of these, thinking I'd need them in the shower but decided to go with one along with a corner grab bar shelf and a soap dish, grab bar. This turned out to be serendipitous because we needed a grab bar in our powder room to assist my husband in getting on and off the toilet in there. Since the bar I ordered was chrome and everything else in that bathroom is brushed nickel, I decided to spray paint the metal, a soft, chalk finished white, to coordinate with the other white accents in the room, (it's a dark blue room with white accents). It looks very nice and coordinates pretty well. It's also handy for holding some of the items I need for assisting my husband in his self cares. ETA: If you use this in the shower, I recommend drilling a few holes in the plastic shelf for drainage. My builder did this for me an they work quite well, with no water pooling. ... show more

It fit well and seems sturdy, only criticism is the plate that holds items does not drain because it is a solid piece. I drilled several holes in it and now it drains the water just fine.
