Pros: Very comfortable, looks expensive, contemporary style, can lock in back tilt which is a must for me, optional arms are more useful than I expected, color helps lighten my dark office. Cons: Arrived with some parts chipped, be careful as assembling because paint comes off wherever the head of screws touches the finish, I exchanged the hard plastic wheels with rubbery rollerblade-type wheels so the chair won't scratch my wood floor. ... show more

Outstanding chair. Great style and design. The colors go perfectly with my office and rug. Excellent, durable materials. It was fairly easy to put together. I had to put some pressure on the back piece with arms to get the screw holes to line up with the mesh back support when attaching them. The back support is perfect. It's pretty and looks great with my white desk. I got the one in red. Assembly: not easy at all, needs two people, it's heavy and especially when you have to align the back and seat, coordination is needed. Also, the holes don't line up which is the main reason for my low rating. So I'm making do with a loose back because I had to choose between the holes that needed to be screwed out. I chose diagonal attachment so it's stable. Comfort: after spending 8 hours on this chair, I can say it's as comfortable as I expected it to be. The tilt in the back isn't great, the arm rest is too high (I'm 5' 1") and though you can push it up, you can't push it down. The material is good. Comfy fabric. I'm not entirely dissatisfied with the purchase but this chair had the potential to be pretty great. ... show more

Looks nice but very uncomfortable!! The back is of the chair is super hard and it's form is not ergonomic!! My back gets very tired in less than an hour. Very disappointing.

Arrived horribly scuffed, and I don't think it was UPS's fault. I would have returned but I really needed a new chair. It feels good enough sitting in it, another reason for not returning, but I'll avoid ordering furniture online in the future.
