This is a nice chair that looks very professional and comes in enough colors that you can get one to match your company identity or room colors. There are a good number of adjustments available on each chair, so you can almost always find a setting that gets it comfortable for your preferences. I have found that over time, the chair back netting gets just a bit looser, and then your lower back starts to press in the plastic support when you lean back. This isn’t a deal breaker, but in that position, the chair becomes less comfortable and isn’t great for your back. These are easy to assemble, but if you are doing a large number of them, I found it much easier to cut the L joint off of the supplied allen wrench and use the remaining piece in a drill to quickly assemble the chairs. The wheels work really well on most surfaces, but if you will be putting this on thick carpet, they will not move well, so you’ll likely need one of those plastic chair roller pads that fit under a desk. ... show more

Before I tell you my story, I must mention that this chair is not recommended for the type of use I'm about to relay, but it's a testament to the chair's durability. So here I go. Nearly five years ago, I bought this chair to replace an old, uncomfortable desk chair. My new chair was heaven sent. I've sat in it for hours while writing three books and working on countless edits. Little did I know, it would be my hero when I suffered from a severe bout of gout. After days of confinement to the couch and nearly unbearable pain trying to get to the kitchen to rummage for food, not to mention getting to the bathroom, I decided to roll myself around the house in my office chair. Thanks to our tiled floors, it was a miracle. I was mobile. After a few days, I could put some pressure on my feet to raise the chair enough to reach the refrigerator's second shelf. Instantly, a whole new world of dining opportunities were within my reach. During my many bouts of gout over the past few years, this chair has provided comfort and mobility. Despite the wear and tear of five years' use, it still looks new. As I write this, I'm immobilized with what feels like plantar fasciitis, and yes, my chair is at my side waiting to be my hero once again. ... show more

For price, this is a decent chair after a week of use. Super easy assembly needing only the allen wrench which comes with it and 30 min to unpack and assemble alone. All of the hardware is carded, so no lost/missing parts Seat cushion is soft and the height adjustable back is perfect. The tilt and tension are easy to adjust and the controls are clearly marked. The tension knob will need to be adjusted out of the chair, so there may be some initial in/out of the chair before finding your comfort sweet spot. The only reason this isn't a five star review is the seat cushion is a bit short. If you have longer legs double check the dimensions. The seat height is perfect (adjusted down slightly from full height) and there has been no loss of height even during extended use (8 hours working from home, or long gaming sessions). ... show more

Th chair is of good quality, except that mine did not hold the back test up (the screw had a plastic thing so did not get tight enough). I requested a return that go accepted but am still waiting for the return label. The message is it could take 5 days, hmmm) The seat cushion is great and the chair back is nice and ergonomic (again, if it held up). The thing to notice- if you’re tall the seat depth is not for people with long legs ! For me the front of the seat ends about 2/3rd of my upper leg which doesn’t make is comfy for extended use. Again besides the issue with the screw it great for people that aren’t very tall (I am 6’3” fyi) due to the seat being not very deep (front to back). ... show more

It's decently comfortable, but over the last 2-3 months, the vertical height does not hold, and I find myself constantly having to readjust the height every 30-40 minutes. I'm not a big guy, by any stretch, less than 200 lbs. I'm wondering if there's something i can tighten to fix this? ... show more
