Okay I moved to a new state and needed a couch. Who knew couches were so expensiveee???? This couch was a great price to begin with. Once I placed the order, I received a message that they will be shipped in 3 boxes and won’t deliver till 12/19 through FedEx. I initially was going to add a professional to assemble but at the last minute I removed that. The couch ended up dating and delivered in two days!! Which was honestly great. They delivered it to my side door. Now I questioned How I will bring them up to the 2nd floor alone lol. I rolled each box up the stairs and though it was a little difficult, I was able to do it by myself. I unboxed each box then read instructions and saw they wanted me to assemble by the box lol which was already too late but because I received everything and it was labeled it was not an issue. Made a few mistakes but caught it in time before getting to far. It took me approx 2 HRS to assemble by myself. Overall very easy, just dealing with Allen keys are always annoying but possible. 10/10. The couch is super supper soft. People complained about the color but I love it. No one wants a all white couch. The cream color is better. Really soft really comfortable. No missing pieces no damaged pieces. Had some left over equipment, basically extra legs for the couch and screws but used everything else. Feels a little bouncy, not firm at all. Very soft to the touch. A lot of space to sit, as someone who is 5’6, the leg space is perfect. Doesn’t feel cheap or low quality at all. Moves very easy on wood floors and I added some padding to the bottom to avoid damaging my floors but can be moved very easily. I took photos of each step because other reviews didn’t show that so hopefully this helps anyone who’s considering. Thank you!!! ... show more

I was a little nervous buying a couch I couldn't see/test in person. I did a lot of research and decided to take the plunge on this one and I have to say I am VERY satisfied! This couch is fantastic for the price. It's actually very easy to put together and also light enough to move around easily. The fabric seems like good quality and won't wear out too quickly, it's soft material. I also like that it's washable. For comfort, usually the higher price you pay the more comfortable it is, but for this price range the comfort level is really good! I like that there's support (unlike the pure boneless couches) but soft enough to sink into a little. I wanted a couch that I could lay on, and this does the job. I got the 2 seater with the ottoman, but it can very comfortably fit 3 and fits great in my smaller layout. Also, shipping process was great. It came in 2 boxes and arrived days before it was anticipated to so I got it very quickly. For pet parents, my cat wouldn't sit on our old couch at all, she hated it. Ever since I built this couch she hasn't left. Furry paw seal of approval! Overall, very happy I took the chance and recommend this! ... show more

Just what I expected and more! I'm 68 and I put this together myself 👍🏻✂️🦋. Everything lined up.It took me an hour because I took my time and walked away a couple of times. This was the easiest thing I ever put together. This purchase couldn't be more perfect. The gorgeous blue it's just exceptional, and it's so comfortable and cushy. Admittedly, I was worried when I ordered this couch. Mostly because I had never ordered something like this online before, and you take quite a risk ordering this sort of thing online, because you don't get to sit on it in a showroom somewhere and really determine ahead of purchase that it is a product you really think you will be happy with. But overall, I'm very happy with it so far. This product came in two separate boxes (I only bought the two piece loveseat) on two separate days. Though I only got the loveseat technically, it really is long enough that I can lay down on it comfortably, making it more of a slightly smaller couch, really. It's the perfect size for where I wanted to put it, and the appearance and the feel of the couch get five stars! I only have one issue with the design/manufacture. Once I started putting it together (which was nowhere near as difficult as I thought it would be, based on other reviews), I realized that the Velcro strips on the back panels of the couch line up with the Velcro strips on the backs of the back seat cushions in such a way that the cushions have to stand straight up, which admittedly does look a little odd. In other words, the cushions can't really lay or lean back at all or the Velcro strips don't line up. It's probably not a real problem, and I could just function without them being Velcroed to the back of the couch without issue. But, I would've thought they would have lined up better, personally. If I could suggest a fix to the manufacturer, I would suggest just sewing on a wider strip of the softer portion of the Velcro to the back of the cushions instead (not the rougher piece that's on the back panel), perhaps double the width of the current strip. That would allow the purchaser/user a little bit of leeway in how they want their cushions attached, sitting higher and more upright, or sitting a little lower and more "relaxed/natural". It's not enough of an issue that I would reduce a star or anything though, and otherwise, the couch seems of good quality and comfort. Also, when I was putting it together, I had noticed that half of the legs had a felt pad on the bottom of the feet, and half didn't. After I contacted the seller and sent them a photo of what I was talking about, they had new adhesive felt pads sent to me quickly (which I received within just a couple of days). So, I have to commend the seller on their responsiveness and willingness to rectify the problem quickly and satisfactorily. Again, not an issue worthy of reducing a star or anything, especially with how easy it was to have corrected. So overall, I'm very happy with this couch and would highly recommend it to anyone. ... show more

Its a great couch. Pretty comfortable. I had it assembled so i dont know how easy it is to put together but i will say the ottomans move when you’re laying down so i recommend getting grips for the bottom legs. Im going to try that and see if it keeps it together. This couch is best to go up against the wall as its not high enough for any head rest but still a nice couch for the money. ... show more

Overall I’d give this couch about a 3–3.5 out of 5. It looks much better than it feels. The color is beautiful, the size is great, shipping was fast, and assembly was easy. However, comfort is the most important factor for me when buying a couch, and this is where it falls short. The seat cushions are fine and I’d describe them as medium firm, but the back cushions are underfilled, sit very upright, and leave noticeable gaps between them. They also attach with Velcro, which is convenient, but the Velcro is positioned fairly low on the back of the couch. Because of this, the pillows tend to tilt downward instead of naturally leaning back with your body like most couch cushions. To make them more comfortable, I found myself having to detach the Velcro, which defeats the purpose in my opinion. The couch itself is very long, and two people can easily stretch out across it. My family of five can all sit on it comfortably from a space standpoint. Unfortunately, comfort is a different story. Even with the ottoman, I don’t find it particularly comfortable for movie nights or long periods of lounging. Without the ottoman, I think most people who enjoy curling up on the couch would find it too shallow. It’s more of a couch you sit on while chatting with guests than a couch you sink into with the family for a movie marathon. For reference, I’d choose my old stained, worn out couch over this one purely based on comfort. Coming from a very deep, soft couch, this one was a bit of a shock. If you’re buying primarily for appearance, this couch looks great and is a good value for the price. If comfort is your top priority, I’d keep shopping or increase your budget. Sorry about the crusty video I’m comfy! Lol absolutely love the couch!! It’s exactly what i was looking for! It’s bigger than i thought it would be ngl 😭 i love that though! 1st thing - ALL of the couch is damn there washable except the very base. Everything else unzips and can be washed! Which was expexy important for me. 2. Thick! It’s definite thick and it feels firm enough - you will not sink into the couch when you sit! 3. Very sturdy! Lemme start with saying - every single box came with more instructions and screws and stuff so i have hella extra screws but that means that if you lose any! You’ll have extra pieces to compensate for it. 4. Assembly was easy!!! I would’ve been able to do it myself (my mom ended up helping me - which was nice - took us about an hour bc she moves too slow lolol) 5. Creamy color like i wanted! It’s not white it’s definitely creamy beige it’s light enough for me it’s gorgeous 6. Delivery - IT CAME EARLY!!!! Omg i was so excited. 3 boxes total - first 2 arrived then last box came the very next day! Quick delivery shipped fast! Lovely lovely and the seller reached out as soon as i placed order :’) 7. No places for storage - that wasn’t my focus or concern though just wanted to add that in there! Lastly: I’ve officially had the couch up for 2 days now! I’m in love. All these blankets are on it bc i haven’t gotten the fabric protector yet - and I’m letting my dogs vibe with me - so keeping it cute !! But i am in love with the couch! After comparing several modular sofas—including the Annabeii and a few other brands—I decided on the 86" modular sofa with ottoman in black, and I'm so glad I did. I chose this sofa because of its size, seat depth, and black fabric. The dark color is a huge advantage in a home with dogs and children, and the deeper seat is especially comfortable for taller people. I'm tall and can sit or lounge comfortably without feeling cramped. Before purchasing, I read some reviews saying the back cushions weren't supportive enough or that the sofa lacked padding. That hasn't been my experience at all. While the back cushions are a little slimmer than some traditional sofas, they're still comfortable and provide plenty of support. Overall, I think the cushioning strikes a nice balance between supportive and cozy. My entire family—including our pets—loves this sofa. It's become everyone's favorite place to relax (and nap!). Is this a sofa that's going to last 15 years? Probably not. But if you're looking for a stylish, comfortable, well-priced sofa that should provide several years of everyday use, I think it's an excellent value. I already had a leather sofa in my living room and wanted something that complemented it without overwhelming the space. This sofa fits perfectly and makes the room feel complete. Everyone who sees it is surprised when I tell them it came from Amazon—they assume it's from a much more expensive furniture store. The fabric looks exactly as pictured. I've already had a small spill, and it wiped up easily with a damp cloth. It also does a great job hiding pet hair, even with my black dogs. Cleaning is simple with either a vacuum or a damp cloth. It comes with two small accent pillows, and I'll probably add a couple more just for decoration. A few quick observations: Size/Fit: Perfect for my medium-sized living room. Comfort: Medium firmness with comfortable support throughout. Seat Depth: Excellent, especially for taller adults. Padding: Plenty of cushioning. The back is slightly slimmer than some sofas but still very comfortable. Cleaning: Easy to vacuum or wipe clean. Pet Friendly: The black fabric hides pet hair surprisingly well. Appearance: It honestly looks even better in person than it does in the online photos. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this purchase and would absolutely recommend it.
