These lamps are not 22" tall. The lamp measures 21" tall. The shade is only 12" round. The shade has to be assembled and looks bad after you put it together. The so called velcro connection is not flat, so you can see this bulge where you put the shade seams together. Shade does not fit tight and even on the rings. The rings are made of cheap polished brass and visible from the lamp top, these should match the color of the base. The lamps look and feel tiny, design is nice, but nothing for a living room or family room. Maybe a kids bedroom, but the base has a glass column. Very disappointed, will be returning there. The media could not be loaded. For $89 2 lamps plus 2 lightbulbs shipped very fast got it the next day it charges your phone with lamp being shut off. Ports are secure and sturdy I was able to put both together by myself less then 5min per light. The shade does roll up on you while you put the rings in the clips so it’s a good idea to use something to hold it down I used my foot lol shade I sat on the floor and he used my foot in both hands it was not that hard just saying It is Sturdy! I think they’re beautiful and very classy looking !!! I would buy these again I am very happy! Thank you ... show more

These were so so simple to put together. They work exactly as promised. Things to know... -If your lamps don't have a wall side (aka people can see the 360 view around them), these may not be the lamps for you. The velcro seam of the shade is pretty obvious, but easily hides when facing a wall. -If you're adding these any place you'd like your stuff to charge quickly, you will be disappointed. They charge much slower than the fast chargers we've grown accustomed to. -If you have these in a high traffic, easily touching area, you may not enjoy these. The touch control is quite sensitive to the point you can even touch the wire shade and it still responds. Anyway, these are very modern, sleek, and beautiful. The only reason at all that I'm docking a star is that the black metal base that is so gorgeous is NOT matched in the upper hardware. For some reason that upper hardware is a hideous gold color. But it's only really noticeable up close. ... show more

As much as I wanted to love this lamps, I'm returning them. The are not 22 in in height. They are smaller than expected. They are easy to assemble though.

    • Ok, get what you pay for, don't expect much.

I purchased these because I wanted a set of glass touch lamps that were dimmable for bedroom nightstands. These are what I found. They are not great and are just ok, you get what you pay for. The lamps were easy to put together minus one small hitch, the lamp shades were rolled the wrong way and had to be rolled the other way very tightly with rubber bands for several days in order for them to function. One of the metal frames for the lamp shades also came broken, weak weld that snapped at some point. I also did not like the gold/copper harps and lamp shade frames. I replaced the gold harps with a silver ones. When taking the lamps apart, the sockets on both literally fell apart, very cheap plastic, and I had to replace both. I am currently looking for lamp shade to put on these that are a bit longer and cover the view of the socket, the nut between the socket and harp is ugly. I would recommend these if you can “hack” them or are ok with them as is without much expectations from them. ... show more

Update- while Amazon left me high and dry with the lamps I did get in contact with the actual manufacturer and they were kind enough to send replacements. I am very pleased overall with how this was handled. I’d buy from this seller again. I bought these lamps. They were smaller than I had hoped and agree the shade seems are less than ideal but we actually really liked them. Suddenly today the lamp shut off and won’t turn on. It’s “dead” to the touch. It has power will still charge a phone and bulb works but the lamp will no longer light up. What a huge disappointment and waste. Can’t replace one lamp either need two so that means the other one is useless unless I want to spend money replace this one with the same one and have an extra. ... show more

I get it - shipping a lampshade, let alone 2, doesn't make a whole lot of sense but these are really bad. They come rolled up and clip onto the metal rings, then close with a velcro strip that doesn't hold and bulges out. They are in the middle of my living room on a sofa table that is seen from all sides - I will be replacing the lamp shade but I'm hoping the base works well enough for my purposes that it's worth keeping because I don't really want to figure out how to get everything back into the small box it was shipped in. ... show more
