The media could not be loaded. This pergola is awesome! We got the 10x20 size and it totally changed our backyard. The “wood look” is super realistic. honestly, my friend asked if it was real cedar. Best part is, no need to worry about sanding or staining like actual wood. The louvers are so handy. We keep them closed when the sun is too strong, then just open them up in the evening to watch the sky. It feels really solid and stable, even when it gets windy here.Putting it together took some time, but the instructions were clear and everything lined up well.

Arrived with 4 big heavy box, everything was so nearly packed and labeled as to which parts in which box, this really helped in assembling with the easy to follow instructions. 2 people were able to putting it together, but 3rd person really make it safer through some steps. It took us one full day to finish. The structure is very sturdy. We love the louvered roof! It moves smoothly to block the sun or let in light and air. It's so easy to adjust, It makes our outdoor space much more useful.We added some curtains and it’s perfect for my backyard, wasn’t it.

The media could not be loaded. This is a great quality product, it’s sturdy, it don’t feel cheap, most of all it’s super easy to build, it took on and off all about 3.5 hrs by myself to assemble it . The instructions is clear with easy to understand pictures. The wife said the modern look could make any patio look great.(definitely a great addition) So far the roof open and closes with ease, it’s definitely staying on our patio for many years to come . 10/10 recommend for the money and quality

We purchased 2 of these for our new backyard for separate dining and patio areas. It took my wife and I about 6hrs each to unpack and install. Each pergola arrived in 5 separate boxes and the provided instructions were very clear. We had a small issue with a couple louvers and customer service promptly shipped out replacements. Overall we are very happy with the quality/price compared to other brands.

This item was projected to come in a week after ordering and came in 3 days. 5 boxes which are 90lbs each. Instructions are easy enough to understand. It helps to have a few people to assist in setting up the posts. Packaging of each piece was great, easy labeled, and 1 extra screw or washer. Overall im super happy with the construction of this product. Louver system works as intended and look forward to see how it holds up in the long wrong.

We are very pleased with our pergola! It was shipped on time and in pretty good condition. There were a couple of boxes damaged a bit but contents were all right. It took more than a few hours to assemble. If we'd done this 10 years ago, it would've taken us 3-4 hours instead of 3-4 days. The instructions were clear, however there were several of the drain troughs that were crooked. We made it work. Looking forward to enjoying and seeing how it will hold up to the rain and wind. We already see a huge benefit for the shade it provides!
