This is an exact replica of the West Elm chandelier. We have the West Elm version in another home of ours & love it to much that we bought it again. However we couldn’t stomach the $800 price so we have this a try. It did not disappoint! Not very good instal directions but it worked out okay. Only difference between this & the West Elm seems to be the screws at the ceiling base. WE version had 3, this has 2. We think this chandelier must be slightly lighter which is the reason for needing less to secure it. ... show more

The aesthetics of the product are great - it looks wonderful. The one star is due to all the frustration regarding its assembly and installation. First, there were no assembly/installation instructions supplied with the chandelier. The seller was responsive and attempted to provide those promptly as pngs and videos. The problem is that NONE of those pictures or videos were complete and matching the chandelier. Second, the chandelier's design is such that it requires TWO people to hang. This is something that should be explicitly conveyed in the item description. There is simply no way to safely hang the chandelier on the mounting bracket for wire connections by one person - someone must hold it as another person connects the wires. The chandelier itself is held up to the ceiling by TWO screws. It should not be a problem as it is not a heavy item, but still... Third, I would expect that any modern light fixture would come with the ground wire. This DOES NOT have a ground wire. Again, not too big of a problem. However, when it comes WITHOUT instructions on how to install it and you wish to do it yourself - this may potential turn out disastrous. ... show more

Modern and sleek design. Doesn’t include lightbulbs. I was amazed to find this on Amazon for $99, especially since the exact same one is listed on West Elm for $599. Save your money, this looks identical in person to the one on West Elm’s site.
