This has to be one of the worst trailer tongue jacked I have ever installed. I have been working with trailer and repairs for all of my racing trailers. This jack was so slow to raise or descend I thought it was not working correctly. One previous review mentioned this but I did not pay much attention. I contacted the company via Amazon. No help. We in the pits at a race over thanksgiving weekend. Trailer was separated from truck I went to reconnect truck and jack would not retract. Full battery to power it. Used crank and no movement. It separated from the shaft. We had to find a jack to lift it off the ground. And remove jack from trailer. Had to stop at harbor freight to get replacement jack just so I can get the trailer off my hitch. Heavy smell of gear oil. The small pin snapped.

I use this jack on my car trailer. Works great compared to the crank handle version that came on the trailer. Installation was pretty straightforward. Of course I would end up getting a defective one as after a couple of months after I purchased the retaining pin in the shaft broke, but the manufacturer was very quick to send me another one and the overall experience dealing with them I would say was a 8.5 out of 10. The new one is working great so far.

Absolutely horrible. Worked three times. Drains the battery way too quick and even with a solar charger constantly trickle charging it would never work alone. 2 months of barely any use and it already broke. I left it raising while I did other things, and turns out it was never lifting. I think the gears went bad already. Beware of 1 month return window. Worse investment ever.

Arrived in just a couple of days. Fully Assembled out of the box. Simple and easy to install. Placed on a Jack, removed the old one (3 bolts), cut the wires, installed the new one again (3 bolts) connected the wires n worked like a charm. Programming the remotes was also very simple. At least for me, moderately mechanical 30-45 minute job tops.

It worked great when I put it on at my house then my first trip out and got to our destination it was going down then went back up and then broke and the bottom shaft dropped out of the machine and is unusable. Making it impossible to un hitch the truck from the trailer I installed it on.
