Came with less extension rods than advertised. Holes in mounting plate do not align with junction box or horizontal bar for canopy to be able to hang straight. Have to drill holes in plate or ceiling studs. Once hooked up, lights flicker when dimmer is above 50%. Note dimensions before buying. Fixture is much smaller than pictured and meant for small rooms with low ceilings. Not recommended for large dining rooms or any ceiling over 8 feet without extra extension rods. ... show more

Three of the crystal globes are defective. The base opening is larger and the washer falls through rather than hold the globe. Also, the stem inside is shorter. All others are ok. Can we get three replacement globes rather than send the whole thing back?
