My mom is 72 and has been struggling with the mobility for a while. Walking to the nearby stores or even just around the neighborhood become too much for her. I looked at several mobility scooters before choosing this foldable model, and after using a few days, I can honestly say it was the right choice. She now drives herself to the corner store and the park, and her whole outlook on life has brightened. What really sold me was the one handed operation. My mom has limited strength in her right hand from an old injury, and most scooters we looked at had controls on the right side that she simply couldn’t manage. This scooter’s power switch is designed to be pushed or pulled with either hand, and she got hang of it on her very first try. Now she heads out on her own without needing me to tag along. The seat adjustments have been a game changer for her. The seat adjusts in both height and width, but the real winner is the swivel function and the lift-up armrests. She can rotate the seat to the side, flip up the armrest, and step off with plenty of space. Getting in and out used to be a struggle with her previous mobility aids, but now she handles it completely on her own. I don’t have to worry her about get struggling or losing balance during transfers. Power and range have been solid. The 180W motor handles her weight (about 160 lbs) easily as she cruises around our neighborhood, and the top sped of 6.5 km/h feels just right-fast enough to get places. She gets close to 20 km on a full charge, which means she can go out several days before needing to plug it in. The removable lead acid battery is easy to bring inside for charging, so she doesn’t have to roll the scooter into the house. The safety features give me real peace of mind. The anti-tip rollers at the back keep the scooter stable when she goes up and down the small slopes around our community, and I’ve never seen it feel tippy or unstable. The bright LED headlight and taillight make her visible to others in the late afternoon, which is a huge relief for me. The front basket is quite roomy, she can fit a few bags of groceries in it. Build quality is impressive. At 108 lbs, this scooters is light enough for me to fold up and load into the back of my SUV when we want to take it somewhere farther. ... show more

Probably one of the better electric scooters for the price. The scooter was easy to assemble, and the instructions were fairly good. The battery pack is actually two 12-volt batteries inside of the sealed battery pack, producing 24Volts DC. Construction on the scooter is impressive; nice welds and nice hardware. The seat adjusts for various sizes of people; My wife is 4ft 11 inches; I'm 5 ft 10 inches; I have ridden the scooter, but we bought it for my wife. I took it apart, easily breaks down into front and back of the chassis; the handlebars fold down nicely; the seat removes easily and the battery pack can be removed. This mobility scooter is very easy to assemble, it only took me a few minutes to get it ready. The instructions were clear and everything fit together perfectly. The seat is comfortable and supportive, even after sitting for a while. One full charge lasts for several days with regular use, which is really convenient. The scooter feels sturdy and well built, yet still easy to fold, making it simple to store or load into the car. The speed is just right for daily use, smooth and easy to control.
