For the price, it’s well worth it. It’s fairly comfortable. But I don’t think for a long visit to the zoo. I don’t think it would still be very comfortable at the end of the visit. I haven’t tested that out yet that’s in the works. It is fairly lightweight. Two people can easily put it in a trunk of an SUV. Remove the seat, collapse the handlebar and remove the battery. Even though I am the user, my husband and I can pick it up and put it in the back of our car. i’m tall with long legs. It took me a while to choose a scooter. This one avoids more space for your feet and consequently your legs.

These scooters are very strong works on the grass and can carry my husband that comes in at 305. Batteries are quite heavy but good great distance with full charge we love them we bought 2

It’s been months now, and never received the replacement parts, now the wheel caps broke off, the screws were loose on the handle, waiting on the knob, sent pictures, the seat is wobbly, and the back on the chair screw came off. Can’t find replacement parts.

Love this thing! Wish it was lighter, it takes two people to get it in and out of the Kia Soul, but it is worth it, for outings that require a lot of walking. Will save a lot in rental fees. Took me a long time to figure out which one I wanted, this one was perfect and on sale at the time.
