Great wheelchair! Easy to use. The only issue we had was that hubby is 6’4” and his legs are uncomfortable when riding. Other than that, the mobility is awesome! It gives him back his independence. It folds easily. The quality is superior.

It's a nice scooter and gets you from point A to point B but.... I don't think the description is fair about the user's height.....it says 5'11" and I am 5'6" and don't feel comfortable. It feels too short, and cramped and the seat seems to pitch forward a little. I did not find it comfortable and wanted to send it back and get the next size up scooter for a little more money. Unfortunately, I did not read the instructions closely enough and it was gonna cost $350 to return!!! That was NOT in my (fixed income) budget! So I am keeping it and using it but am NOT as happy with it as I was with my last scooter from a different company. The customer service responds quickly and is very helpful to deal with. Just read all the fine print before you purchase and, if you can, find a place that sells them so you can try it before you buy it.. I am going to start saving again so I can sell this one (at a loss, I am sure) and get a different scooter. The scooter itself is nice and it folds easily and my daughter is able to get into the car herself. I have to assume some responsibility because I did not read the fine print about returns closely enough. ... show more

I was skeptical at first. Did all my research and I'm extremely happy with my decision the scoot and go is great the battery tastes forever. It's light enough for my to lift into my trunk by myself. 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a mobility scooter

EDIT: The company did replace the first scooter and sent a second one that also made clunking noise. Their customer service is great and they made it right refunding the purchase. In the last email they did indicate that they found a clunking that wasn’t normal ….We bought the 1st scooter on Nov 28. We took on a cruise Jan15 and it started clunking. We sent a msg to the company and four videos of clunking and they said tighten the screws. We are on a ship with no tools, so spend a port day in San Juan buying $71 worth tools to fix a new scooter. They want us to tighten screws and perform repairs on the new scooter. The company said via email that clunking is within the manufacturer parameters. So if this is the Normal parameters be prepared to listen to the clunk. I have seen these in cruise ships and they worked fine ... show more

I’m 5’11” and this scooter fits me perfectly. It’s very comfortable, folds up easily, and rides incredibly smooth. The adjustable handlebar makes it easy to find the right position, which is a big plus. It also comes with three interchangeable color plates — red, blue, and silver — so I can change the look whenever I want. I’ve even gotten a few compliments from friends about how nice it looks. Arrived packed well, everything was in the box. Very easy setup no tools needed, just lift and tighten . Charged the battery for about 9 hours and tried it out, moves as expected , then took it to the mall and was very happy , she’s faster then expected when you turn the speed dial all the way up. Bought a cup holder and 2 small bins to slide under the seat for extra storage. I would recommend this unit especially if you don’t want to spend serious money on a mobility scooter…weight is not bad with battery removed, easy to fold and unfold, maneuvers easy in tight places, I could use a little more leg room but its doable. ... show more
