If i could give this less than one star, I would. It didn’t work. I’d like to preface this with I don’t know anything about cars expect how to change my oil, change a tire, and add air to the tire. When anything is wrong with my car, I go into to panic cuz I am absolutely clueless. First off, I just bought the part my mechanic said. He said “not rebuilt. Brand new.” Well… my mistake, I didn’t know what “reman” meant, but now i know. It means REBUILT! Apparently, the compressor is repainted and due to that paint seeping into the part, the clutch gets stuck, therefore, not working at all. It worked after smacking a wrench inside to get it unstuck, but once you turn the car off and on again, it gets stuck. Incredibly disappointing, especially because now I have to pay him twice for his work (i appreciate him and know it’s not his fault at all and will pay him again it’s so SO FRUSTRATING!) Moral of the story, learn all the words for “rebuilt”.

Installed on a Sunday a few days after receiving it and all was well for exactly 5 days then clutch would not engage and AC blowing hot air again. checked pressures and lines, no leaks, replaced relay, clutch fuse and AC fuse checked connections and even tried jumping with no avail. It's definitely the compressor low pressure switch that came with this preinstalled. I should have read all the reviews as this is definitely a remanufactured unit and not new. Asked for a credit without needing to uninstall and return. Let's see where this goes.

Blows cold air. This air compressor is nearly 300 dollars cheaper then the ones at retailers and it works. It is remained but I could care less. Thanks for a good product
