Best scooter for slow pace and fast pace but you will be using the brake grip to help you stay safe and from free rolling. And able to use on airplane that was my most concern. You can keep seat with it or carry on plane your option you will have to remove and fold it up they will help. The speed really helps with hills and getting to a place fast. Battery last a long time. Light is not bright and shows a circular spot on ground it could be better. Go by the weight limit as well I’m 230 and if I hit a bump you hear a scraping sound from back tires. Horn is a high beep beep sound LOVE IT. It has saved me to get around with family now due to me not being able to walk due to back injury. It has given me freedom again to be out and about. OH and the turning is not very tight so you will be using the back up like if your driving a car. It does roll using your feet to help you with out like a motorcycle. NOT FOR ELDERLY!!!!!!!!!! Trust me I would recommend age up to 65 if feeling young and can use eye and hand coordination.

I’m so happy to have this mobility scooter. I have a problem with walking if I go too much I have to sit down and breathe really really bad because I’ve taken too much out of me and there are places that don’t have scooters and I plan on going to the zoo and I need something like that to go to the zoo too this is also a very good product.

The scooter arrived damaged and with no assembly instructions. After figuring out how to put it together, it was ridden approximately 300 ft and the front wheel was wobbling to much to safely ride it. There was a rubbing/grinding sound underneath it that was very loud and sounded as if something was stuck in the motor. The arm rests are useless as they are to low for even a child and the height cannot be adjusted. The basket will not fit due to the wiring being under it and in the way. The rear wheel plastic cover was deeply scratched upon arrival. The product information in one place says that it is rated for 330 lbs but if you read lower on the description, it is only rated for 260 lbs. On top of all of this, the company will not respond and when you call the number on their website, you get 2 rings and it automatically hangs up on you. Hours have been spent with Amazon trying to resolve this and get the return started. It was finally resolved but it was Amazon and not the seller. The seller NEVER responded. It's very frustrating to pay the price for this unusable scooter and not get any communication from the company after they have taken your money. In my opinion this is a horrible company and I do not believe that this scooter is safe let alone to be used by someone elderly or disabled!

I love it so far very reliable My only bad thought would be the arms of the chair wish it was higher but I still use fet around and enjoy myself took it on train track hard rocks no problem i slowed down but had no issues i dont like streets that are not smooth or sidewalks but very greatful i bought mirrors to look at cars behind me overall love customer service very helpful and will Answer you. Very Nice Product so far and I'm satisfied

This is a good scooter!! Easy to fold and very easy to fold up. This scooter goes so very fast. I love it. It also goes to 30 miles per charge. It's unbelievable. I recommend that everyone who needs a mobility device gets this one. You won't regret it.

Update. Throttle doesn't work properly. Stops and start making it jerk and even stops working all together. No way to contact any customer support. There was no assembly manual to show you how the storage bag is assembled and installed on the scooter. I did figured it out along with installing the arm rests snd bsck. They say it is airline approved but you won’t be able to remove the lithium battery. I thought airlines don’t want lithium batteries in the storage area of the aircraft.
