I absolutely love this scooter. It has given me my mobility back. I am tired of renting scooters where I go. This has paid for itself in the first few months. I don't use the arms at all. If you take off the basket and the two batteries it weights about 37 lbs. I can lift it into the car myself. I bought some garage rubber flooring material and cut a mat to protect the base of the scooter against rain and drink spills. Wish they sold a cover and accessories for this. Would love a bigger basket. This is the lightest scooter on the market. The seat is at a good height but for someone short there might be an issue with the tiller. The only way to make it shorter is to pull it towards you. I am 5'9" and only have to move the tiller towards me about 2 inches. This comfortable, high quality, easy to fold and a value for the money. Don't hesitate you will love this scooter. BTW used one battery all day and it only took an hour charge to replenish. The only thing I wish it had was lights on the back when used indoors.

I bought this for my mother in law in May of 2025 after years of her needing a scooter. I choose this one because it was light weight, and figured that we’d be the ones loading it in and out of her car. She loves this scooter and it warms my heart to see her driving it around. We took her to a science museum and an Aquarium two weeks ago when my brother in-law came to visit, and she had no trouble navigating with it. She even forgot to charge it the night after the science museum and was worried the next night while we were at the aquarium . Luckily, there was an extra battery that came with it that was charged and it was such a relief once the batteries were swapped out. The battery actually lasted a long time before needing to be swapped out. This scooter gave my 80 year old Mother in-law with cancer her freedom back!!!

This scooter was easy to use, easy to get in and out of the car, easy to charge, the batteries lasted a long time, easy to travel with, domestically and internationally. This was the best investment my husband has ever made. I have limited mobility due to severe osteoarthritis in my knees and am unable to stand or walk for medium to long periods. This made me feel very dependent on others. This scooter gave me my independence at home and was amazing for traveling. It was lightweight enough for me to get it in and out of my car by myself. I was able to travel with it. Taking the scooter through TSA and on the airplane was easier than I thought. There were times when security would have to double-check the scooter, but that was minor when you consider traveling domestically and internationally with a mobility scooter. I loved how long it would run in between charges. It was easy to charge either with the batteries still connected or if you removed the batteries and charged them on their own. My husband and I researched mobility scooters and wheelchairs, and would recommend this scooter to those who need their independence.

I bought this scooter for a trip so my husband wouldn't have to push me around in a wheelchair. I'm partially mobile, but can't stand for more that 10 minutes. This scooter fit my needs perfectly: it gave me the independence to move around on my own and, with the adjustable speed, could keep up with anyone walking. I was able to ride it right up to the entrance of the airplane and my husband then removed the batteries and put them in our carryon. When we landed it was promptly brought up to the airplane ramp so we could install batteries and be on our way to luggage claim. We were able to put my small carryon suitcase under my legs so hubby didn't have to carry it. It does have a large turning radius, so I had to turn partway, back up, and then finish the turn. Once I got used to that, it was easy peasy to turn around anywhere. I've used it since we returned home when electric carts aren't available at the grocery store, Target or Costco. Someone would have to also use a shopping cart because the little basket in the front doesn't hold much.

Does what it says in description. Assembly was easy as can be. Gets great mileage. Turning radius is excellent. Easy to get into car. Can lift with one hand to put the front wheels into van then just lift the a L end and role it into van. Now Im able to travel to aces Icouldnt go because I couldn't walk the distance. Got tired of waiting for wheelchairs at the airport. Now I can take this everywhere! The only negative is the seat back has torn at the seams. I have taken the armrest off as it was making it difficult to get through some doorways. Didnt really need the armrests anyway. Want to purchase another one for my spouse but delivery is going to take too long before our trip in July.

The scooter fits comfortably, unfortunately the forward/backward paddles quit working. Communications with the manufacturer have been sparse with little to no follow up. I’ve sent videos per their request twice, but now no response. I don’t know if they received the videos showing them what’s wrong with the scooter or if they sent a new part. It’s still under warranty. Very disappointed. It’s summer and I want /need to use a scooter to go places with my family and granddaughter. 6/23/25 Update: rec’d new controller 3-4 was ago and a video showing us how to replace the controller. Followed all the instructions and the scooter still is not working. Was sent names of scooter repair places to take the scooter which is still under warranty.
