1. This is really a Scooter that will really fit in a Sedan Trunk very easily due to the foldable size and weight. 2. Customer service, the best I have ever dealt with! If there is anything not working correctly, they will give you ever option. Offer of money back and return. They will walk you thru any replacement parts you may need. The nicest people I have ever dealt with on the Amazon platform. 3. Battery life is great as far as 99 percent of the needs of use (we have not charged this scooter yet since June 2025 and we are into July 2025 now. I have seen some scooters the claim they will go 25-35 miles, I don't think that if your need to go that far in a scooter it would be a dangerous ride. 4. It folds and can fit in a very small place, even in small apt. to store when not using. 5. It is a little more expensive than other less expensive models but there is a good reason for that. Carbon Fiber. Carbon Fiber is more expensive than all other metals that scooter use. But that is why it is the strongest, lightest compound on earth. 6 This is the lightest, strongest and longest scooter available now. This is the one to buy! And if anything goes wrong, or your unhappy, you are dealing with the right people to solve your problem your way. It doesn't get better than that.

I picked this scooter because it was the lightest 4-wheel folding scooter I could find. Due to my limitations I still cannot lift it but I can put one end up into the back of my Subaru Forester and then lift the other end and roll it in. Then I need to turn it sideways to make it fit but that’s not a problem. I love the purple color too. The customer service was wonderful. The first unit arrived in about 3 days. Unfortunately the knob on the steering bar had been cross threaded and couldn’t be adjusted. The company immediately responded to my concern and offered a new part (on back order for over a month) or to replace the.scooter. They paid for the return of the scooter and immediately sent out a new one. And it’s perfect! I love it. Cannot say enough good about this scooter.

I was looking for a lightweight reliable sturdy mobility scooter that I can go to a supermarket, easily load into my car or take it on airplane. This one checks all the points. It is made of carbon fiber that stronger than aluminum but much lighter. Actually, it beats the closest competition I know of, in terms of weight by about 10 pounds. The seat is firm but comfortable. The control panel is simple but well laid out. The speed levers are easy to operate. It has enough room to keep my legs comfortable, I am 5'9". The battery seems to weigh about 2pounds, lighter than on my previous scooter. It takes a couple of seconds to fold or unfold and it can stand upright so it does take much space if you take it to a restaurant, or a cruise cabin. It is not cheap but if you need a well constructed sturdy mobility scooter you can travel with you should consider this one

A good investment if you are having a bit of a problem getting around. At first my dad was a bit resistant to the idea of getting a mobility scooter. But mom insisted & got the Freewink mobility scooter. Dad has admitted that mom "might" have been right about the Freewink mobility scooter. He has been around the neighborhood with mom & another neighbor who has a mobility scooter as well. He is looking forward to a trip that they are planning & being able to use the scooter to get around the town without having to feel like he has to stop every 15 -20 minuets to rest & catch his breath. I would say yes to getting the Freewink mobility scooter for your loved one if they are having problems getting around.

So far this is what I know as a customer. It was easily put together. Instruction book is clear and easily read. It looks sturdy and the seat is comfy. The arm rest are to narrow if you are a larger person but they are detachable and you can just use 1.It only took a couple of hours to charge to full the first time. It folds up rather conveniently and at 67 I can lift it to our SUV. Being able to push or pull is a +! My husband 76 has not actually used it yet so up dates to come. Mrs. Armstrong

Beware, there is no customer service telephone for these people. You need to contact them at an Outlook phone number. My scooter arrived with the adjustment knob disassembled from the tiller and laying on the bottom of the bag in which it arrived. Can't get it screwed into the tiller and I am not sure whether a piece of it is missing. I have emailed Free Wink customer service and waiting for a response.
