The media could not be loaded. The FreeWink Scooter is a delight! My husband has mobility issues and being able to ride around the neighborhood now on his scooter is a very freeing experience for him. He's able to spend more time outdoors and talk to people on his rides. He's his old self again as he's a very outgoing person. We took it on a flight from the mainland to our home in Hawaii, and it worked out so well. We carried the battery with us into the cabin, and the rest folded up nicely and was put in with the checked luggage, at no cost to us. Husband is again "King of the Road"! It's light weight and manageable even for folks in their 80's. The battery lasts for many outings and is easy to recharge when needed. It looks sleek and is comfortable to ride. Our engineer son is very impressed that it's made of carbon fiber which makes it strong but lightweight. We store it in the living room and it doesn't take up much room. So you see WE LOVE IT!

The media could not be loaded. My mom has seen a marked decrease in her mobility, and it has kept her from enjoying a lot of family activities with her kids and her grandchildren. Due to difficulties with her back, her hands and her knees we struggled to try to find a mobility scooter that really met her needs. We spent a lot of time going to stores and trying them out, but ultimately weight was a huge factor. We came across this scooter, and we’re really pleased with the reviews and the weight, the dimensions, the happy people and everything. It seemed like something that she could easily put in the back of her car and get out. We’re very pleased to say that all these reviews were really helpful and customer service is incredibly responsive. The scooter does take up a good bit of the trunk for her car, but having the ability to spend a whole day out and about with family more than makes up for it. It can go pretty quick, but it is easy for family members to walk along beside it as well. She says it is really comfortable to sit in and after a few tries she’s more confident in being able to adjust and set up the scooter quickly and break it back down. Her smile in the video really says it all! We are very pleased!

We love this scooter that has made enjoying things together outside of the house possible. It's so lightweight that I can pick it up and load it in the trunk of my car easily and my husband was finally able to go for a walk with me along the water, something he has never been able to do because of the distance but the scooter made it possible and brought him a new found joy. So excited to take it on mini vacations and airplane vacations now and no longer having to rent heavy commercial scooters for the week that limit what excursions he can do. Bow we can go on excursions with the lightweight scooter that I can lift myself. He's 220 pounds and had no problems.

All is great! I bought Mobility Scooter as a gift for my mother, and it has made a big difference for her. She uses it when we go shopping or take walks around the neighborhood, and it gives her much more independence. The seat is wide and comfortable, and the ride feels very stable.

This is a scam. The 27.5 pounds excludes arm rests and battery weight. Red flag #1. The packaging says it holds up to 270 pounds. Red flag #2. My 140 mother couldn't fit in the seat! We boxed it right back up and will send it right back. Made in China garbage.
