Very lightweight. Easy to put together. Folded, lifted and put in back of hatchback of car. Called American Airlines and got it certified for my husband to fly with. He can right to gate. Didn't have to book a handicap room on cruiseline since it will go easily thru cabin door. This will make a huge diffrence in my husbands mobility. Tried it out in our yard with sloped landscaping. He’s had a hard time getting around due to his weight and age, and this scooter has really brought back his independence. At first, he wasn’t sure it would be sturdy because it’s so compact—but once he picked it up, he was blown by how concrete yet light it is. He can lift it with one hand and easily load it into his truck. The fact that it’s airline-approved means he can finally visit his kids out of state, which is a big deal for him. It folds up super easily and doesn’t take up much space in his garage. The safety features are solid too—great brakes, anti-tip wheels, and overall very stable. He feels safe and confident using it, whether he's in the neighborhood or at the park. Performance-wise, it handles grassy and bumpy paths without any issues. Plus, customer service was really helpful and answered all my questions before I bought it. If you're thinking of getting a scooter for a loved one, I definitely recommend this one. Very little setup. I am surprised how light and compact it is. Folds up in seconds and wont take much room in the back of our SUV. Folded up it takes about as much room as a suitcase. I will be hoping for getting a good distance on a charge.

This mobility scooter is excellent! Not only is it very lightweight, it is also so easy to travel with. Very little assembly required. It goes easily through all my doors and openings in my home. I feel secure on the scooter and the controls are easy to operate.

Rides very smoothly. Easy to operate. Only complaint is it arrived with a broken part. It is a piece of a bracket that holds the seat in place when the scooter is collapsed. My husband glued it for now. Update: Freewink has responded to me. They say the part that we need is currently out of stock and it could take up to a month before they receive it. But they will send it to me as soon as they receive it. Since they responded so quickly, I believe that they will keep their word.
