It's easy setup. Runs good and has a sensativy dial so you can tune it down for beginners or for close quarters usage. The seat is not very high even on the highest setting. Two days after getting it, it stopped working... wires were lose... fixed it. Then it started shorting out ever few minutes... followed by today, the breaks stopped working, as I was going down a hill... then, everything shorted out, middle of the crosswalk, as the light changed. Buy this if you want to die, because the company that made it does NOT stand behind it... and you WILL die... when I contacted them, they gave me nothing but the ruin around. Dangerous product, and it WILL get Amazon sued in a wrongful death suit if they allow this seller to remain. The seller could fix the issues, but, they choose not to.

This mobility cart allowed me to go wherever my wife and I wanted to go during our stay in Las Vegas, NV. This cart also allowed us to take it in the trunk of our car by removing the seat and lowering the handle bar. I lifted it by myself a couple of times, but I recommend you have a person to help. There is a lifting handle on both the front and the back because it's got a little bit of weight to it. As for the speed, if your wanting to race against all the other rental mobility carts than i suggest you rent one. Those rental carts must have a lot bigger motor than this one but its not slow at all. Its got enough speed to leave your partner behind and if you dont turn the speed dial closer to the turtle opposed to the rabbit, you find yourself waiting for them to catch up. The carts inside of grocery stores are much slower than this one. We charged it for an entire 24 hours and it lasted all day and night and still had a good bit of charge into the 2nd day before needing to charge it. It was great. I'm not no small guy either. I am 6' 2" tall and 270 pounds and it went over small bumps in the crosswalks and even up the bridge, over the canal, at the Venetian Hotel multiple times and that was on day two of our trip. I highly recommend this mobility cart, not to mention how awesome the price is. It was the lowest cost and it worked perfectly!

I got the machine assembled before I found the instruction manual; but that was my problem. Once assembled I could not get it to power up although I fully charged the battery. I stomped on the battery and it has worked perfectly ever since. Apparently the battery contacts needed a little encouragement to seat properly. It is a bit snug for my 6-foot frame (195 lbs.) and my size 12 sneakers but nothing a can't deal with. Overall it is an excellent buy and fulfills its intended purpose. The first time I broke down the scooter into its components, the steering column would only fold forward which made it impossible to get in my auto trunk. It has been incorrectly assembled at the factory. My son-in-law had to take 3 bolts out of the column and reverse the way the mechanism folded. The one bolt under the frame is is very hard to get to but he had the tools and small hands to do the job.

This is a great product, I bought for my pregnant wife to be able to be with us in the Disney parks and everything is working great! It is light, fit in the car trunk easily, can keep up and go faster than us walking in the parks and is able to withstand my wife and my daughter at the same time! I also love that it is quite compact and not bulky so driving in the park is also not a problem! Really happy with it!

Very easy to use. I’m a heavy size gal pulls me with no problem. The only problem I have with it is it turning it does not turn real good it’s not a sharp turn. I probably would never buy it again because of the turning ratio bought it to take it to places like Walmart, but he would never turn down one of the Isles.

The media could not be loaded. So I got this mobility scooter which is great for what I was looking for. My grandma has had a significant slow down in her ability to walk some distances. I have to say there are some pros and cons but the price of the scooter makes up for any short comings. Pros: Easy to use- This scooter is an easy to understand and get used to. Even for the non tech savvy elder who are new to mobility aids. Portable- This scooter is a featherweight, making it easy to take with you on the go. Plus, it folds up so you can take it with you in the car or store. Price- This scooter is a great price. It's more budget friendly than most other mobility scooters without sacrificing quality. Cons: Questionable range- This scooters range is unknown to me and may not be as it says. But for the cost of this unit it’s still well worth it. Performance/Speed- The scooter isn’t the fastest but it’s probably for the elderly folks own good.
