Assembly was easy and quick. This scooter can really pick up some speed so caution your loved one to be careful. Also, there is no back up sound to warn people around the scooter (which I am very glad about because they drive me nuts) but it could be an issue if backing up in a crowded space. Goes fast when you need to. battery lasted about 8 hours driving around Disneyland. It's great for the price. Fits in the car perfectly, It's 85 lbs, I can't lift it but my husband can. Cons are it's does not make sharp turns so you have to a lot of 3 point turns if you get into a tight space and the seat isn't the most comfortable, but for the price you can't beat it ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We ordered this scooter for our mom and she luvs it. The scooter was very nice and easy to assemble. It also fits easily in the back of the hatchback. Folds up nice and compact. I also like the look of the Mobility Scooter and it moved very well. We had no issues and would highly recommend. I included a video of our scooter in action! This is made for little Asian people, not for a normal sized American and I say that meaning whether you're big or small, the legroom is ridiculous. It is so teeny and the seat says it's 17 in but it's actually only 15 wide and 13 in deep man. You got to be a petite little person to use this and they say free returns. But good luck you got to pay for that shipping half the price of the mobility scooter is shipping ... show more
