The product page states that the cover is washable, but upon receipt and inspection the tags on the cover say to NOT remove the cover, to NOT wash and NOT dry. My concern is that tje mattress may have fiber glass as many mattresses of this kind do and the cover is not to he removed because it will release the fiberglass. Is this an issue that anyone has experience with?

I bought two of these foam mattresses for our grand-kid's bunk beds for when they visit. It was challenging getting the mattresses unwrapped from their compressed state, but once we had all the plastic layers off, they began to puff up to their right size quickly. The mattress are soft but not squishy with just the right amount of firmness. My older granddaughter much prefers this mattress to her spring mattress at home. I've slept on one a few times myself, and they are quite comfortable.

I ordered this MLILY mattress on prime day for my soon-to-be three year old. It took longer to come in than standard PRIME delivery. It was received the day we went out of town for a few days. I was able to unbox it and leave it sit for about 60 hours and came home to the mattress looking just as deformed as it did straight out of the box. I did reach out to MLILY who advised I'd have to contact Amazon since I purchased through them. I did that and they sent me out a new mattress. The second one took a while to get here also. It was delivered today. We immediately unboxed hoping for better results and as you can tell (the last three images) - it's deformed also. "Give it time to fully rise" you say? This is exactly what the first one looked like out of the box. Considering we've wasted weeks already I am not interested in wasting more time on these. I reached out to amazon customer service again to request a refund. To my surprise, they do require the return of these (yes, both of them) full size, unboxed, inflated mattress. Thankfully they are supposed to coordinate a pickup, otherwise, how are we supposed to return an item that was commercially vacuum sealed and packaged once it's been opened and aired out? I am BUMMED. I was looking forward to this exact mattress for all of the selling points they highlight and all of the good reviews. It doesn't appear we'll get to try them out and I'm back to mattress shopping WITHOUT the assistance of PRIME day deals this time. We can not attest to the comfort of it or how it will last - as we didn't even get to use ours or put sheets on it.
