This company has the best company service I've ever experienced. We had questions about the assembly & they answered within 24 hours & we were sent a 'version 2' of the diagram to assemble which helped. My Mom is 96 years old & loves blue and this chair was so much more stylish than most of the lift chairs I looked at that were big & bulky or vinyl. It is the size she needed & fit well in her apartment. We were mainly looking for the 'lift' and the massage & heat features were a bonus. The side pockets are nice to store the remote or other items in quick reach. The tweed fabric is very nice looking.

Bought this chair for my very elderly father, it does a great job of lifting him and the massage mode is good, but there were parts that didn’t align, so only one screw was used, which didn’t affect the chair’s use. Then there were tears in the material, fortunately in parts that were hidden.

When the recliner was shipped a package staple went through one of the operating cable that moves the recliner up & down etc. nothing worked but I found the staple in the cable. They sent me a new cable and I changed it out and all works great. Great customer service.

This chair is so dangerous. The arms slide on but are not secured by anything. There is no connection for the remote to use the massager and heat, and there were only four small screws to secure the whole chair. Not worth the money nor the aggravation.
