    • Couch broke within a month of having it
The media could not be loaded. We had this couch for a little over a month and tried to move it to sweep under it and it literally broke in half. The seller has ignored my messages and Amazon has been the opposite of helpful in trying to get a refund, now this horrible couch is living in our basement (we can’t use the couch) because I’m trying to avoid throwing it away until I hear back from SOMEONE! Anyways, I do not have the words to describe how uncomfortable this couch is so I will tell you all the things we had to do to make it possible to sit here for an extended period of time. We had to use bedroom pillows to sit here, it is so uncomfortable that it will make your body hurt if you don’t put something soft on the couch. The first time I sat on this couch I bruised my back because it has absolutely zero padding, it is just a bunch of metal bars (that really hurts!). It took me and my roommate almost two hours to put the couch together. Do not buy this couch, do not make our mistake! I just got this couch and love it. It’s comfy for me and my little ones. It’s what I expected for the lower price. I’m giving it four starts because the directions are HORRIBLE. After being nearly finished I realized I put on the sides of the couch on backwards. 🤦🏾♀️ It was a fair easy fix but if the directions were a bit clearer or the pieces were labeled I wouldn’t have had any issues. I’m pretty sure I was missing a nut. I ended up getting one at a local hardware store. Overall it took about 2 hours to put it together by myself. I am thinking about getting couch foam to give the back a bit more cushion. But so far no real complaints. Update: I've had the couch for 10 days. The couch is great. It's very comfy. However, one leg of the ottoman broke. I've glued it back together but it was a disappointment. I haven't used it as storage so I'm not sure why it broke. We've sat on it a few times. Just beware that the legs of the ottoman may be weak. ... show more

For the price, this couch is great. However, I’d almost have rather have spent more for something more comfortable. The back is too low so it gets uncomfortable after a little bit. The ottoman is nice and has a lot of space. The assembly was pretty simple but also a little frustrating because none of the parts are labeled so it’s matching everything to the drawings on the instructions, again not difficult but could’ve been streamlined if everything was labeled. One of the legs came cracked and I don’t have the patience to return or request a new leg, it still does it’s job. Overall not a bad purchase for the cost but this is in my bedroom as just a space filler, I wouldn’t recommend this as a couch for a living room where you’ll have guests use it or where you’ll sit to unwind after a long day. ... show more

Worth the money I spent, much more easy to install than I expected, good to fit in our small living room, not take up alot of space, dark gray that I chose is pretty nice, my two small kids said it very comfortable to seat and to play on it.

Did not expect to put it together plus some pieces were bent and so made it harder to put together. Also wasn’t very comfortable at all and the back was too short

    • Buyer Beware!! Looks nothing like Picture, forget returning
This is AWFUL! You can feel the spring through every inch of material. Once cushions expand they are maybe 3” thick. Our son who is 5’10” & slim could not even stretch out. You receive it vacuumed pack in a box. No possible way to return it. We had to create a box to ship it in and the price to return would be $200.00 + plus adding that we had to pay to have it shipped here of $100.00. So we ate our loses and sold online for $150.00 . Oh and super hard to put together have drills ready to make your own holes. I can’t believe Amazon would allow this company to sell through them. Complete joke & waste of money. Pictures are a joke very misleading! Once put together all we could do was laugh!! Especially at Mom for wasting her money. Buyer Beware ... show more

    • Good couch
A couple of the instructions were backwards, #4 and #5 need turned around. After it was assembled and having if for a couple weeks I can say I like this couch. Comfy to sit and relaxed but not to fall asleep on lol. Or have a really good pillow for the arm.
