I’m really happy with this chair so far. Assembly was fairly simple, and the instructions were easy to follow. It probably would have gone a bit faster with a second person helping, but I was still able to put it together on my own without too much trouble. The chair itself is very comfortable. The cushioning feels supportive, and the included lumbar pillow is a nice touch. I especially like the retractable footrest, which makes it easy to lean back and relax when needed. The material feels sturdy and looks great in my workspace. It has a sleek design and gives a bit of a “luxury gaming chair” feel while still working well as an office chair. Overall, I’m really pleased with it so far. VERY pretty brown colored Office Chair! Comfy! Backrest reclines waaay back AND LOCKS IN ANY RECLINING POSITION! The Pull-out Leg-Rest assures good, comfortable leg support while brainstorming projects, or taking a badly needed nap between school assignments! It's well-padded; basically noiseless; and I LOVE the Highback; the matching Lumbar Support Pillow; and Adjustable Armrests, which fully supports my head, shoulders, & lower back while typing with my keyboard in my lap, or resting. I'm over 5'9" and needed the extra height. **IMPORTANT TO NOTE HERE: It's definitely quicker AND EASIER to use a Drill with a 6-sided Allen Wrench bit to assemble this chair! Using the included standard 6-sided Allen Wrench will make Assembly take forever!! Also, it was VERY tricky to attach the Armrests to their Armrest Supports! The Drill was too chunky to align with the posts of the Supports & the holes for the screws! I had to use my Drill's slim "Specialized Attachment" that allows that attachment to run MUCH closer to the Supports & drive those screws in straight!** Aside from that, the rest of the chair was easy to put together because the Instructions are clear (just pay strict attention to which TYPE of Screws they tell you to pick, for which part)! Again, it's a beautiful chair that's well-worth the price; and I highly recommend it for any Home Office or Small Business.

I searched for months till I finally picked this chair and I am so happy. It took 35 min total to put together very easy it’s super sturdy comfy and the back locks in place very upright position which was the selling factor for back problems from old chair it’s well made and came with white gloves to put together. That was nice touch the foot rest is perfect combined with my dog automin that sits under my computer desk I would highly recommend this chair. Very very happy I did get confused on foot rest and we did that and fixed but that was my own blonde moment ***** 5 stars for sure my back already feels so much better

I got this and put it together myself. I am 71 and not mechanical at all, but I do know how to read directions! Super easy! The chair is very nice and it is comfortable. But I am given it a 4 because I really was expecting the bottom seat cushion to be softer it is firm but if your going to be sitting for a long time you may need to add additional cushion for some softness. Other wise this is really a great chair it is as advertised.

Was very easy to put together unfortunately if you’re a gamer or work from home after about 30 to 45 minutes the chair becomes uncomfortable to sit in. It says it’s for 300+ pounds the cushion of the bottom part of the chair is definitely not a 300 to 400 pound cushion I can push my hand down and fill the bottom of it and it doesn’t bounce back. It’s definitely not what I was expecting unfortunately on top of while reclining the chair, you literally have to pull it open push it to where you want it or pull it back up manually to where you want it and then lock it back in overall really disappointed
