Very nice beginner ukulele. I still have not found the imperfection. The finish is very attractive. The fret wire ends are smooth , I only had to slighty address one of them. The strings are very close to the fretboard at the nut and no setup was necessary. It comes with strap buttons installed which is nice. When connected to an amplifier, I tend to turn the high end down. I think this Uke would benefit from a different set of strings. I'm going to try a low G Worth Brown. I'll update this review then. ... show more

    • Super easy and sounds great
Color: Dark Ebony/Laminated Size: 26" Tenor
Beautiful piece, I received this as a birthday gift as an ex-guitar player. I love how I can learn songs quick and easy due to the comfortability and ease of the ukulele. This one specifically fits better for me (5’4 female age 19). Already jammed out with some friends and it sounds crisp and clean. COMES WITH TUNER THAT WORKS! ... show more

    • Caramel builds fantastic ukuleles!
Color: Dark Ebony/Laminated Size: 26" Tenor

Caramel makes fantastic ukuleles. I have their entire ebony line two Concerts, one high, one low 4th strings, a tenor, a baritone and a guitarlele 6 string ukulele. The onboard tuner and pizzio pickups sound great. My only disappointment is none of them fit the popular black, foam filled cases. The hips on the ebony line are too wide to fit. But I have several brown ukes with the same electronics which do fit the black road cases. I gave most of my Kala and other ukuleles and I’m sticking with the beautiful ebony finish. They are an excellent choice as they are professional quality at an affordable price. ... show more

    • Okay, but not the same as pictured.

In pretty good condition, and plays pretty good when in tune. Tuning is a little tricky. Definitely not the same ukulele in the pic. The bridge is totally different, and not as nice as pictured. Could possibly be the tuning issue. Would much rather have got the bridge in the pic, and always good to get what you think you are paying for. A little disappointed, and thinking about returning for refund. ... show more

    • Love It!!!!!
Been playing guitar for over 30yrs. I started playing ukulele about a year ago. I discovered this gem a few weeks ago. I guess I was missing 6 string sound. Yet, since I'm getting older. It's getting harder with my hands. But this gem is a pleasure to play. I was concerned about the flaws, but was pleasantly surprised about the quality. I've gone over this instrument several times and only found (maybe) one minor dark blemish on the side. Very happy with this ukulele!!! ... show more
