Very disappointed in this fan. It looks absolutely beautiful on the ceiling but considering the 84” wingspan it feels like a light breeze and not the type of cooling we had hoped for. The breeze is not even consistent and often it goes from “I can’t feel it’s on” to “oh .. I think I felt something there”. The most money I’ve spent on a ceiling fan and I get better output from the $78 smaller ceiling fans in my house grok Lowe's or Home Depot. Maybe someone will buy this off me so I can recoup some money and get a better fan. 2 stars for how it looks. 0 stars for how it functions. I’d rather hear a fan noise and feel comfortable than have this silent non-blowing blade on the ceiling. ... show more

All good... but if airflow is important don't buy. They should provide a hack to double the RPMs. It's a DC motor so it should be simple. Looks great but a $1200 down the drain.

We had high hopes for this fan, but should have read the other reviews. Bought and installed in our new pool house in 2019. Had issues with the fan making strange grinding noises within about a year, but because we don’t tend to use during cooler months, didn’t address via the warranty. Worked intermittently for a while and then failed completely. Poor quality, and all the other reviews that mention a grinding noise and burned out motor are accurate. This is a very cheap-looking fan that doesn’t work well and has poor customer service to boot. I’ve had it running for about 3 weeks and it stopped without warning. We figured it was the remote battery, but new battery didn’t help. It’s under warranty, plus an extended warranty, so I called the company. They think it’s a sensor so they will send a new one, but I have to hire someone to install it! Doesn’t seem fair since it’s their defective product. NEW DEVELOPMENT: I called Amazon and now the company says it will pay for installation of the defective part. I will update this and let you know. UPDATE: The company didn't pay and doesn't stand by its product. It cost me $195 to install the part (the original part had melted and could have caught fire).
