I'm obsessed with this little burner. It fits my Bialetti espresso maker perfectly. I also bought a mini cast iron skillet, which I used in my hotel room to reheat a taco and fry an egg. As a coffee snob, this is a new travel necessity for me. No more need to bring my butane backpacking stove with me for coffee at the hotel. This little heating element is used to make coffee in my office. As a heads-up, the first few times I used it, it produced a somewhat unpleasant smell. But that lasted only a few times. I turn the dial the 3 and within 7 minutes my cuban style espresso maker is producing great tasting coffee.
