I have a ridiculously anxious, older cat. Everything aside from our family members scare him and he has been that way his entire life and as he gets older, it seems to set in even more. We recently bought a house and the move and all of the change that goes along with it really did a number on him. He started to lose weight, rapidly. At first we thought it was due to increased activity. After getting used to the house, he started to play and run around a lot more than he did prior to the move but, I started to notice I wasn’t having to refill the food bowl as quickly as before. After keeping a close eye on him I found he was only eating a few bites of food here and there. I checked his mouth and teeth and they looked fine and the fact that he was active and playing and drinking water and using the litter box like normal was a good sign. I came across something online about how cats will sometimes completely stop eating for various reasons and to try to entice them with something. This cat won’t touch wet food or most treats so when I saw this at the pet store I figured I had nothing to lose. This stuff was a game changer! He absolutely loves it and the tuna flavor as well. I put about a silver dollar sized dollop on his dry food twice a day, he will sit in front of the fridge at 6 am & pm and demand his bone broth! He has completely regained all the weight he lost and has the softest, shiniest coat which was very flaky before and now, no flakes either. My almost 18yo cat is increasingly picky and makes me play an increasingly high-stakes game of “you have to find me new stuff constantly or I’ll just stop eating.” I’ve tried bone broth for humans and she’s kinda “eh” about it; I tried this and she eats it very well and has been able to keep it down. I purchased the chicken broth for my outdoor stray cats, to make sure they were keeping hydrated during the heat of the summer. They don’t eat much when it’s super hot and this has been a great addition when poured on top of some dry food, or given solo on a plate. I refrigerate them too, so they’re getting a chilled temp broth. I had planned on one case going a long way, but they loved it so much that it’s been a repeat purchase. While it’s not the most cost-effective choice (multiple cats inside and out), there aren’t a whole lot of options available, and I don’t have time to create my own. I highly recommend the chicken. Have not tried the other flavors. The chicken doesn’t smell like most canned cat food, thankfully! It’s easy to use, just twist off the top cap which can be replaced if not using all in one meal. I refrigerate opened packets for 24 hours, but typically split one pack between 2 cats. This is a limited ingredient option, so they’re getting a healthier supplement. Highly recommend! ... show more

Both my cats love this (my girl wakes me up for it). I am able to use a pill crusher and mix medicine into it and they gobble it down too. Great as a topper or on its own.

My cats LOVE this stuff!! They will wait to eat their food until we use the topper and most the time only want this and not their real food. However, I noticed that sometimes it can give my cats stomach issues when we give them “too much”.
