Assembly was straight forward and easy. The adjustment of the crossmembers worked for the MrCool unit I was installing. The other issue came from the rubber isolators not fitting the mounting feet of my split system unit. I ordered different isolators and was able to make it work. Overall, the stand works.

This stand is very nice and heavy duty but the Innovair mini-split (24000 btu) did not quite fit. The narrowest dimension ( front to back) was not quite wide enough line up with the holes on the feet of the heat pump by about 3/4”. Each position had to be elongated to accommodate them and left very little material left. I was forced to modify it because my heating guy was on the job and I didn’t have time to order a different one.

I've installed multiple mini splits but this one need to be raised. We live in Sacramento, CA and don't get snow or ice, but we have a ton of leaves that our gardener blows down the driveway so I wanted the outdoor unit above grade. This mini split stand is rock solid– clever design and sturdy hardware. I assembled the stand yesterday and anchored it to my driveway with 1/4" Red Heads. The mini split arrived today and I bolted it on, then adjusted the legs to make everything level.

I used 2 of these for MrCool Mini splits, one for an 18K and one for 24K BTU unit. The stand goes together smoothly and now that we are a few weeks in winter I have seen how it is keeping the unit out of the snow.
