Okay I love this machine, makes the fastest cup of coffee easy to use. BUT I'm mad about how hard it was to get COFFEE POD/FILTER REPLACEMENTS for it. It took me like a week for the company to tell me what replacement pods are called because it's not listed on their amazon homepage. Here it is! Reusable Coffee Filter Basket for Horavie K1100 KC221 KC201 Coffee Machine Secondly, three months after buying it had to get descaled and no rescaling liquid would work until I saw another review for a different machine say that all you have to do it put vinegar in it! And it worked! So if your machine keeps having the descaling light blink on Descale it using vinegar inside. I did mine reusing the same vinegar about six times through! Literally works like new!

Bought this in January for Airbnb but construction too forever. Opened it to use it today, the directions are simple and easy to follow. The machine works just fine as long as the k-cup holder is situated correctly. We missed the diagram in the book and there was no troubleshooting tip for this. The average k-cup user would have known this but we are novices so a tip would have been helpful. The diagram is a bit small for aging eyes. Very nice, compact and almost silent machine. The coffee was steaming hot. Hop we can get at least a year or more out of it

Don’t know how long it will last because I’ve only had it for a week, and it doesn’t look as sturdy as my Keurig , but right now really pleased with it.

When I first got this, I loved it. I used it every day. Worked beautifully. Still does in fact. The only thing I hate about it is the piece of metal that pokes the hole into the K-cups. The K-cup basket is faulty, poor quality and poorly made. It bent within the first week of having. Ok, no issue. I just kept bending it back. Then it bent in a different direction. Ok, I'll just bend it back again. This became a weekly ritual of it bending and me bending it back. Finally, it just snapped right off and forced me to start poking my own holes in the bottoms. Besides the K-cup basket being a POS, its great. Def worth the money. It brews great, really easy to clean, and the black color hides the coffee stains lol never had an issue of spilling and it dont drip for very long and in fact stops before the light even shuts off. So all in all, its a great product, just not the k-cup basket and thats the only reason for the 3 stars. It comes with another basket for ground coffee and thats also easy to clean. A bit of a pain because of all the grounds but meh, its coffee. You get what you get when you need your fix LOL

I was looking for a one-cup coffee brewer and this one seemed to come with good ratings at a decent price point. And, tell you what, it does make pretty nice coffee. I used the grounds basket instead of K-cups and the coffee came out at a great temperature with excellent flavor. Used it four times a day. However, just today, as Amazon asked me to review it only a few months after purchasing it, it died. Just plain stopped brewing before it even asked to be descaled for the first time. So now it's headed to a landfill. Your mileage may vary: I liked the coffee that came out, found the grounds basket slightly awkward to use but could make it work, but was highly disappointed with the longevity and therefore the value. Might work for you if you use it intermittently instead of constantly as I did. Didn't see any point in trying again when there are numerous other models out there.
