I did have to do a slight bit of trimming to get it to fit on the passenger side, but that may have been because i didnt want to remove any of the AC parts. The hardest part of install was pretty much removing the front of the car. So far its been 7 months and no leaks. I was concerned about purchasing this at first because of the price being so much cheaper than at your local parts place. This is like $200+ cheaper than one purchase and your local parts store. Well everything went in and matched perfectly, ran great! Low and behold, one week later, both sides towards the bottom start leaking (badly) and start overheating. Now I have spent $350 for another radiator, but it has a lifetime warranty. I do not recommend.

Perfect, exact replacement for my 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 Custom Trail Boss. It took about 6 hours but the good news is, you don't have to discharge refrigerant for the AC condenser like all the mechanics will tell you. Good luck!
