  • Works great!
Color: White Size: Four Zone (4) 9000 BTU
I enjoyed installing my quad mini-split system as a home improvement project. It took me longer than usual time due to not having all the tools for drilling, cutting and flaring lines, and also didn't measure my lines correctly. The wall unit installation was the easiest. However, be prepared to spend a little extra on line covers, and electrical installation if you're not an electrician. Luckily, the HVAC technician that I hired was very knowledgeable and charged me $750 for electrical installation to the panel, and doing initial vacuuming of the lines. The units exceed my expectation. They look great and are way quieter than window AC. They also cool down the house real fast. I was also able to connect my units to Alexa and I'm real happy that this summer my house will be a lot more cooler. To me is worth the investment compared to $15,000 estimates that I received. If you have common sense and are crafty, you can install the units yourself. I really recommend this product. Also, call Senville to let them know the line sizes you need. All the units bought in Amazon come with standard 15 ft lines. For my large house, I had to order two additional 50 ft and one 25 ft, which I wished I had since the beginning since Senville will charge you additionally for the extra lines, so let them know. Hope this helps! ... show more

  • Mini split Air conditioner
Color: White Size: 18000 BTU
This Senville dual zone mini split is an awesome machine. It literally cools the entire house. It made our house livable again since the heat was killing us, specially at night when we were trying to sleep. I am so thankful for this unit and highly recommended to everyone who doesn’t want to spend a crazy amount of money to install a central AC unit from scratch without a furnace. We were quoted 40k for a central unit since we don’t have a furnace. That is when I started looking for another option and I found this mini split. Man what a joy to be able to be comfortable not matter the temperature outside. I am pleased with my Senville AC unit. I installed it myself and also did the electrical as well. So I saved a ton of money. If you are going to cut the line, make sure you add or subtract Freon accordingly. My pipes started freezing the first time we used it due to not having enough Freon and that was even after I cut one of the copper lines. Had to have a professional add the proper amount of Freon since I couldn’t get the refrigerant in in Town. If your unit freezes when you start using it, please shut it off and have the system charged properly. After the system has the proper amount of Freon, be ready to enjoy the comfort of your home. This machine is cools and heats your home and that is a huge deal. ... show more

  • High quality, low price
Color: White Size: Tri Zone (3) 12000 BTU
This system has been great. It kept my house so cozy during winter, even in temps as low as 3° F. Now temps have been getting up to high 80s and it keeps my house cool and I'm confident it will continue to do so when the heat waves hit in July. The air quality has improved a ton since it was installed, even with 3 indoor cats. Everything was installed by an HVAC professional as a side gig for a really reasonable price and I added a UV light to the living room head unit. I think this is a great system and I would definitely buy it again. It's very quiet, has a lot of customizable modes and is easy to use. ... show more

  • Great unit
Color: White Size: Tri Zone (3) 12000 BTU
I have had very good luck with these. I have two, 3 head units and so far very happy. Quite, cool very well, and I had a good experience with tech support. Spoke to a tech that was very knowledgeable and spoke clear English.

  • NOT WORTH THE MONEY! bad thermostatic control
Color: White Size: Tri Zone (3) 12000 BTU
UPDATE: THIS IS MY THIRD SEASON USING THE SYSTEM AND THE THERMOSTATIC CONTROL STILL DOESN'T WORK. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THESE! WHY?ALMOST NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THERE'S NO OFFICIAL SERVICE COMPANY THAT THEY RECOMMEND. WHEN I SPOKE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY WANTED TO SEND ME A CIRCUIT BOARD TO REPLACE IN MY HEAD UNITS. I'M SORRY BUT I AM NOT A TECHNICIAN I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO THAT. WHEN I TOLD THEM THAT THEY SAID I WAS SOL.YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR SO KEEP THAT IN MIND. OLD POST: The thermostatic control is almost non-existent. The head units seem to have to be reset and heating mode in order for them to read the room temperature from the remote control. I call customer service several times and got confusing instructions. Essentially I have to manually control the units. Very frustrating. This seems to be at least a four to 10° swing in temperature before they turn on and off. In air conditioning mode they work very well and are very efficient but still have the thermostat control issue. Until the company resolves the problem I would not recommend them. ... show more

  • Very quiet and cold
Color: White Size: Four Zone (4) 9000 BTU
The media could not be loaded. It thankfully arrived in excellent condition with none of the fins bent. The FedEx box truck driver bought it down on the lift gate and was very careful. It was installed 2 days later on a 98 degree day and it cools fast . It has been 5 months now and even in the 105 degree weather I am thankfully fully comfortable in the house at 69 degrees. This unit took 2 people and 12 hours to fully install because it has 4 heads. A single or double would take less time . In some areas you might find HVAC companies will not want to install this unit because you did not purchase it from them. Good thing is you can install it yourself if you feel comfortable at the cost of the warranty. It comes with the 16ft lines for refrigeration and 16ft patch cords for each head. Also has drain hoses for each head. All you will need extra is the vinyl line covers and a hammer drill with right size core bit along with wrenches and screwdriver if you plan on installing it yourself. One last thing is the stand to keep it elevated from the ground. If you call a company and they agree to do this job you can end up paying about $2500.00 to $3600.00 for installation with out them providing any materials. Nice thing is your warranty will be valid one they fill out the warranty paperwork with their license number. Definitely alot better than my 24000 btu window a/c for both cooling evenly and energy cost. Customer service was also very helpful with questions and you actually get a person speaking to speak with instead of a Ai bot that doesn't understand then hangs up on you. ... show more
