The media could not be loaded. I will be returning this for the second time in just a few weeks. This time u want a refund and not a replacement. I thought I just got a bad one the first time but after just 3 days after getting the replacement and being extra careful with it the exact same problem occurred. In the exact same spot on the display. After a couple of hours of viewing a green spot appears on the display of the projector and gets darker and darker unless you repeatedly turn the projector off for a few moments then back on. Unfortunately this fix doesn’t last long. The green spot gets darker until it turns black. This seems to be a product defect, don’t waste your time or money.

I cannot get my phone to connect using the hdmi and usb like the blue picture is showing. I am stuck on the blue screen with pictures but no instructions. On a whim I looked up the QR code and am directed to an outs dated app to down load firmware but the S500 number at the top is not listed for the yellow cube. Sound works. I can’t get it to work with a usb stick with pictures either. I bought this so I can paint a mural in my kids room but I’ll be returning it and getting a different one.

The media could not be loaded. As you seen in the video it is day time with some sun in here but it looks pretty good and I got it on the 12th of June and it’s the 19th. I been having it on for more than 12 hours or longer a day every day and it looks good still it’s a little loud but I kind of forget about it with the speaker turn up and the projector it’s self has some pretty good volume but the bass is low so have a speaker. I also have a fire stick tv HD connect and a speaker connect Bluetooth to the fire stick you can also connect it to the projector but the fire stick was better to connect. Hope this helps too whoever is reading this
