I've had this machine since March and it's pretty great. It's small and powerful enough for my needs (I'm using it for basic 3d modeling to go with my 3d printer and it will eventually replace my aging media server as well). I did have a problem with it; the hard drive died at around 3 months but customer service was responsive and covered a new drive for me. It took two days and I'm back in business. Needed a new PC that had windows 11 and was compact for my small desk, but still speedy. Didn't want a laptop. They are too pricey and too big. Already have a great monitor, keyboard, many peripheral hard drives, etc. This PC has a fast 500gb nve drive, 16gb of ram, an i7 Intel processor, and an ample built-in sound card that runs my 4k monitor just fine. Great speed, functionality, handles all my peripherals, and is really compact. Only $459. Love it!! ... show more

Be warned: I have bought 10 of these so far and have had 2 or 3 of the M.2 NVMe SSD drives fail after they were in production for a short period of time. Can't contact support on those even though it's been less than a year since I bought them so I purchased replacement drives and those have been running fine since. ... show more

Excellent value and capacity. A little challenging setting it up, but worth it. Instant start up and solid performer. Great for productivity, using for photo and video editing. Unfortunately my Steam doesn't work on it. Also with it had a few more USB ports.

    • Great bang for buck
For the price you really can't complain. It's perfect in every way except there is occasionally some lag when browsing at 4k. When gaming with geforce now at 4k it can hit 60fps no problem but anything higher than that it drops tons of frames, so this is best to pair with a 4k HDR 60fps screen... Even though the ports are capable of 4k120 the little GPU can't quite keep up. I can live with that though, so it saved me a ton of money from buying a gaming rig. It's very quiet, taken up no space, tech support is great - they gave me a windows 11 key because I wanted to reinstall windows. They include a free reinstallation usb key too, which was a nice touch. If you're looking for a cheap perfect all rounder and want to do some gaming (using geforce now and a good internet connection) then I highly recommend this little mini-PC. Overall, this little PC rocks. I have a Razer EGPU connected to it and it can play games really well. However, there are a couple of issues I've noticed: 1. The PC won't boot past bios if the Display Port cable is connected to the EGPU. I need to manually unplug and move it over each time. 2. The SSD came partitioned into two logical segments, each 256gb. Not a huge issue, just unexpected. 3. Windows was already setup and I did not get the typical "new user setup" screen. This is a potential security issue since it's not a fresh install. I now need to manually reinstall windows to make sure it doesn't have any key loggers, etc. ... show more
