no power button, the user's manual don't match product, firstly I want to turn on , but can't find the power button, then I read user's manual again and again, finally found " if you can't find a power button, it will turn on auto after you insert SIM card ", so that I inserted my SIM card, the manual didn't show how to insert SIM card, but I finally seccess to insert card, then red LED flash forever, I kept it on outdoor to match grand sky to match the satellite , but the red LED still flash after 20 mins, APP can find it, my SIM card is my cell phone SIM card, it works well, that means it doesn't work or effective, no any customer service info., I don't understand why so many 5 stars review, I don't recommend buy it.

This GPS tracker may be small in size, but it is a very capable device. Has a few break ins and stolen vehicles in my neighborhood recently so I figured better be safe than sorry. Setting this device up was quick and simple. Just scan the code and follow the instructions. Everything else is pretty straightforward. The magnet in the tracker is pretty strong. I have it attached to the chassis under the carpeted are in the car. Better safe than sorry. Even if I hit a bumpy stretch of the road and the tracker does come loose, at least it’ll be somewhere inside the car. Good price. Good performance.

Practically useless. The accuracy is terrible! Never closer than HALF A KILOMETER away; you'll never find anything you ever lost with this tracker. It's permanently stuck in "power-saving mode", meaning no real-time tracking, with the finest granularity being 1 update per minute and it practice it doesn't actually update even that slow. It never registered speed either (0 km/h) so forget about using this for vehicle fleet control or whatever. The app is horrible and there's no way to tell if any of the commands ever reach the unit either. There's no in-app support or support contact or anything. Set your bills on fire and use them to light a candle instead of buying this if you want a better use for your money.

Though this did come with a little manual, it didn't make lots of sense and didn't cover a lot of questions I had. I couldn't connect it and it kept flashing on red. There was nothing in the manual to explain why. I charged it, didn't fix it. I put sim card in, didn't know if I needed a prepaid sim card or not, anyway it didn't work. Wish they gave more info and a bit frustrating you also have to drive around for 15 minutes to even know if works or not according to them. Returned

Does not work, do not buy. The manual does not match the item, there is no power button. I purchased a seperate sim card, activated it, and placed it into the device. After a full 24 hours, the unit still will not connect to the app. Completely useless, unless you just want a magnet.

Bought this to keep in my show car which is sometimes left in parking lots unattended. Down loaded the app which is simple to do and now can keep tabs on where my car is. A must for every car owner!

A as t able to use the app you ge for it wasn’t compatible I did it all called the 1800 number purchased the SIM card this was not simple.

The directions suck, unable to get it to work after hours of trying and wasting money on this item, then the nano card, oh yes then you need to activate the nano card another $25 monthly. Now I have to cancel that too; Easy my butt. I would return it but i throw away the box.
