We heat primarily with wood and all the years we've gathered wood for the winter, I've always wanted to get the branch wood since it's smaller around and handy for starting fires in the stove. It helps to not have to split larger logs for kindling. So, I took my little Cordless Mini Chainsaw to try it out on some branch wood piled up next door and it was amazing how it sawed through these branches. I know it can cut through 6" logs but I will use it more for the 2" to 4" diameter and it cuts through without bogging down. Another thing I found pretty awesome is it comes with 2 batteries. So, after using it for about an hour I can take one off the saw and plug it in to recharge and pop the other one in. How many cordless tools give you two batteries?! I like the chain guard, it keeps so much of the chips from flying in your face. Also I appreciate the saw comes with an extra chain, tools to replace it with, eye goggles and gloves and also a nice case to store it in and to carry it and also directions and safety instructions.     • Little fella can cut thru trees!

Got it on a good discount for $44 ($64-$20). This lil' fella is small, but it sure packs a punch! I took it to tackle some branches in my yard, and it sliced through 'em like a hot knife through butter. I even had a few thicker logs I wanted to turn into firewood and this toy looking saw didnt back down. It's changed my yard game. I never owned a small chainsaw, but I'm sold now! It's like they took a regular chainsaw and shrunk it down to pocket size (almost). This makes it very convenient to carry around in my car (compard to the big chainsaw). Let me start out by saying, delivery right on time and was packaged well. All items fit in the case well which is constructed solid. Everything you need is included. Especially like the oil bottle. Now for performance, I was a little taken back at how much power it had. I cut several things from small branches to 3" limbs with no problem at all. Love it came with 2 batteries. Two days before the chainsaw arrived we had a mini tornado cone through our back yard. I had a whole team come out and cut up fallen branches, a fallen palm tree and twisted branches. The next day I went around with my 6” chain say and lower branches that I didn’t have them do. It was great to be able to trim branches on my own. It worked beautifully and was so easy to use. I like the small size and weight for the smaller tree removal. It was a little wobbly until it takes hold/bites into tree. In case anyone is wondering, I had to stop at the point in the picture to treat the fire ants in the surrounding area. I ordered this mini chain saw for cutting away limbs and joints in my landscape and it has not been a disappointment. It doesn’t work well in cutting long flexible limbs unless you cut them from the trunk but cutting away the limbs from my crepe myrtles and overgrown azaleas and stubby limbs that blocked the cutters in the landscape holly shrubs has been much easier. Nice little chainsaw for small trees or branches. Worked well but after a few uses the plastic chain guard broke. However, after contacting the company, they were very helpful and quickly sent me a replacement chainsaw. So, give 4 stars for the saw, and 5 stars for customer service.

The following 6-inch mini-chainsaw worked great for clearing out a bunch of small trees in my backyard. I was able to complete the following on just one battery, but the kit comes with 2 just in case you have more work than I did. It also has a convenient case to keep all your stuff in.
