I have only used it a couple of times but so far it seems to work great. I used it to trim a couple of branches, And lately used it to trim the bottom of the Christmas tree. So far so good, I only con cern is there is no chain oiler. Time will tell how that will work out. One word of caution, for myself, the saw is pretty compact and I kept wanting to use two hands while using it. The issue is there isn't really any place to put the other hand so I found myself crowding the chain on the bottom of the saw. There isn't any reason to use two hands because the saw cuts easily and is balanced so it's only an old habit I need to break. This thing isn't worth 2 cents, let alone what we paid for it. My husband didn't use it for quite a while after we bought it, and he is so disgusted that it had such a short life. Now we can't return it. We'd give it zero stars if that was possible.

Works great for quickly cutting branches, shrubs, long plants, etc. coming in from the neighbor's fences. Comes with everything needed including TWO batteries and chains, safety goggles, gloves, and decent instructions. Recommend adding your own ear plugs, but don't think it's too noisy - size and weight is just right and easy to handle. May need to pull out extra plant debris from the saw chain every so often, but does not seem to give much trouble when using. Even a novice can use it safely with safety lock button. ... show more

Bad product, very bad. I cut 3 branches abut 3” to 4” in diameter and get smoke from the tool. Expensive tool but bad quality and bad motor made in China. Not recommend product or seller.

It looks foreign and easy to carry. It is also equipped with a spare battery and chain. Not to mention the function. Don't look at this small chainsaw. It is amazing to use. And the battery is durable. With this chainsaw, you can do it at any time. Come and prune the big branches in the backyard.

This chainsaw is very easy to use. Also, it's very sharp! My mom use it to cut the branch of the tree, and she said this chainsaw saved her a lot of energy. This chainsaw is not that heavy as I thought before. Also, it only need a small place to store. Nice product for garden.
